Instead of the Dems complaining of the tactics
the repubs are using, they need to employ their
own tactics and stop this bullshit. It seems that
the Dems are always being snookered. Are we that
bad at understanding procedural maneuvering or
are the repubs that good. I hope it is not the
latter, but we had better bone up on our
legislative skills I’m a thinkin. The big problem
is that when the Dem get the Presidency, the repub
are going to fight us every day and we are going to
have be very good to counter it. Until Fox news
and what it represents, becomes a minor player, we
Dems are going to end up slogging through the shit
pile until we can go around it. And the best way
to do that is through legislative skills.

Why don’t you start by explaining to this “juvenile” (and everyone else here) , how exactly bi-partisan bills and even attachments , are the same as the parliamentary maneuvering that was demonstrated by Mitch McChinless and Graham Cracker .

The “examples” you claim to have provided are either from a different decade (thus a different century) , bi-partisan in nature , or are bills that were just recently introduced into a Democratic majority Congress ; thus eliminating them all from the parliamentary maneuvering you originally claimed.

Never once did anyone I know in uniform during Vietnam, experience a derogatory action. I am so sorry you did.

However, I am hearing many things about the Iraq vets that make me sick, they should know what they are getting into, they are looking for paid tuition, or the worst they are hoping for a minor wound for a lifetime disability check.

Because it is a volunteer military, there is less responsibility felt for the lies that took us into this war.
The vets I know are feeling very forgotten.
