Webb comes across as highly intelligent, very thoughtful, and with his heart in the right place. Unfortunately, no. Lieberman was re-elected in 2006 and his seat won’t be up again until 2012. But it would sure as hell make it hard for him to convince Connecticut voters to re-elect him.
