Hmmm,

Seems to me the right wing nutjobs have been found out. They’re not going to risk a battle in the Courts. They have nothing to stand on.

They’re tucking tail and going to hole.

That’s exactly where the Courts will find these pieces of human feces when the Courts overturn the Siegelman verdict.

They still do not have a transcript of the trial. That is one reason that the appeal has been held up so long.

Keep in mine the trial is over and this is just an appeal. Looks like somebody is scared as the Appeals Court reads a transcript of the hold trial. The Prosecutors were trying to get Karl Rove out of trouble but it wont work it’s to late.

ANYONE who was involved in corrupted the justice system needs to be tracked down, investigated and if guilty, prosecuted to the FULL extent of the law.

All you really need to know, besides the Bailey bit, is the number of connections between the people who would investigate and ultimately prosecute Siegelman, and Karl Rove and the man who would take Siegelman’s place as governor when suddenly and magically “votes were found” by a group of Republicans only, in the middle of the night, when the election had already been called for Siegelman.
