McCain snubs major Bush fundraising dinner.

“[I]n another indication that the GOP nominee is distancing himself from the man he wants to replace,” Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) will not attend President Bush’s major fundraising dinner for congressional candidates. While the McCain campaign offered no comment, Rep. Jeb Hensarling (R-TX) said, “Maybe he found a better dinner?”

Obama and Dean have been working toward a fifty state strategy which supports congressional races. McCain skips a major fundraising dinner for congressional candidates.

Well McCain isn’t politically savvy either, not helping the congressional candidates raise funds. What exactly is his strong suit?
