As of this morning, Spencer Ackerman’s Attackerman blog has a new home on the internets. He has joined our friends at FireDogLake. Please update your bookmarks. As Spencer notes, we depart on the best of terms and wish him the best of luck.

Recommendation: Termination. Posts are too short, English is poor, and communication ability is ‘extremely bad’. Employee fails to meet our highest standard of ‘very bad’ posts.
I cringe at TP’s use of “the internets” for “the Internet.”
Corrupt English is bad enough coming from ignorant politicians, but worse when it is embraced by journalists. Another case in point is the widespread use of Bush’s made-up word, “misunderestimated.”
It’s no longer funny, but disappointing that people talk or write using the language of dummies.
I hope that someday those who should know better will quit adopting the speech of those they mock…or are we doomed to honor George W. Bush by using his “Dubyaspeak?”
I honestly have to say I never did understand any of Spencer’s “headlines”. Then again, I’m not into punk rock so maybe that has something to do with it.
Will Spencer’s archives eventually be accessible, or will they be moved to FireDogLake at some point in the future? I ask because Spencer linked back to a ThinkProgress post while stating that he left TP on good terms, but the link now just redirects back to FDL, which gives a particular impression that I don’t think either Spencer or Faiz were aiming for.
