I don’t get it. I would have thought that McCain had at least a 5th grade civics class understanding of the law.

All Habeus does is say that you can petition the court. The court then decides if there is enough evidence.

If now, after 7 years, there isn’t enough evidence to hold OBL, then our intelligence community is seriously in question.
