In the case of the Time Magazine reporter Ms Tumulty, she seems to think the finding out the who, what, where, when and how have been replaced with a steno pad, which she records what ABC said in rebuttle to the complaint of Congressman Kucinich. There is a great disconnect with what happened and the points made by ABC. She asks little of no questions to ABC. Maybe it’s part of Rove’s 30-year plan of GOP dominance. Obama gets elected in November, Bush bombs Iran in December, the M.E. becomes a cauldron, gas is $10+/gallon, the world economy goes into depression, terrorism increases. Bush leaves big pile of crap on the new president’s doorstep.
President Obama immediately has an economic nightmare to deal with from Day 1, unlike the surplus that Bush inherited from his predecessor. President Obama and a Democratic majority end the tax cuts for the top 1%. The GOP blames them for “raising taxes” and enlists billionaire #3 Sheldon Adelson to fund every reactionary neocon who supports the extreme right wingers in Israel, thereby keeping the M.E. cauldron boiling until 2012.
The GOP blamed Bill Clinton for the 9/11 attacks. The GOP statute of limitations for Bush will end on 1/20/09. Everything that happens after inauguration will be blamed on President Obama.

Israel can invade and occupy a country that was being generous after WWII. Israel can have unaccountable nukes and nobody blinks an eye. Israel can destroy a country and move on to the next country.

I remember before the disasters Israel was trying to convince the US to help with their apartheid regime. It wasn’t until after the disasters that the US became involved.

Now congress has approved additional millions for Israel’s war. This doesn’t make us safer or brighter. Since when does our finest have duo citizenship with Israel?

I’m a student of the Stone Age, I can make tools out of rock and wood, tan hides without chemicals, and start a fire spinning one stick into another. The biggest challenge will be avoiding all the wackos with guns until their ammo runs out, fortunately they will pretty much eradicate themselves in the process.
Then the rest of us can begin to get along and salvage what we can of civilization.

I have assembled what I like to call my “Paranoid Pack”. I shouldn’t need it at all, living so close to NYC but given how this nation has changed lately and whilst I had the money I decided “what the hell?”. I have two-eeks worth of survival kit–tent, M-3 medical kit, food. clothes, knifes, spades, almost all military spec. Sure, the 75 lb load is going to kill me, but someone fitter than I will be able to scavenge my body most effectively and all power to them—AND I’lld die with my military issue desert boots on! (WHich will be stolen too).

I’m not kidding though, I dropped two-grand to get kitted-out.
