And you can't use the ER as it isn't an emergency. Example, - someone making 6.50 an hour makes, before taxes, $ 13,500 per year so dropping $ 3,000 is unthinkable. Yet many insurance companies pay for this proceedure as being preventative and cost saving. How is the uninsured person going to get this done ? Lets tie this into the healthcare system.

That is quite a remarkable feat wouldn't you say ? She took only one simple step to save those lives that should of been done years ago.
