#1: NO Nomad, this little piece of crap is ACCUSED of klling american soldiers (i thought it was 1, but regardless) and YOU DID NOT SEE HIM DO IT! Nor did his torturers. He deserves a fair trial… or at LEAST a charge. Gallagher does not care if the kid did or not.

#2: lmao ‘Allah’ means god, maybe u meant Mohammed… I am assuming u r a right wing nut, and prob a religious nut/possible bigot too… So plz realize u just said the kid will rot in hell with… God. An oxymoron at best. But i know what u meant. So…

#3: 15 yr old kids don’t throw grenades at soldiers for fun, or to be evil. There is a lot going on here, and is it possible that the kid was MADE to do it, making him the victim as well? Also, does this 15yrold have vital info that will ’save american lives’? prob not, right?

#4: If u think its ok to torture or abuse minors even when they ARE guilty, u are a sick dude. Our soldiers have done some sick shit to people over the years. I know this because, besides talking to peeps with 1st hand knowledge (having done it), they are HUMAN BEINGS, same as the iraqis, osama, etc. and are capable of both great good AND great evil.

MAYBE, just MAYBE we should take the high moral ground, do what Jesus would do, however u wanna put it, and not torture people at all. I’d rather die in a fiery blast with love of/pride in my country than be saved by some1 who tortures children. Let’s not forget why these people throw grenades at us…. Torturing children won’t solve THAT one….

10,11,12 – As Wayne said, I was being sarcastic and making the point that if it is OK for us, then we would have no grounds for objection when the “enemy” (whoever that may be) did the same to us, or for that matter our high-schoolers.

One place I’m really disappointed is that McCain who has been said to have been tortured, took part in interviews where he lauded his medical care and even made propoganda videos in N Vietnam (albeit probably under threat of more torture). I can’t see why he wouldn’t remain steadfast on prohibitions against torture and condemn especially torture of a teenager. And be vocal of the low level of information that is obtained.
