You are such an idiot. The RESPA act initiated by Senator Byrd was established by none other than Senator Byrd to protect buyers from predatory lending after his secretary was scammed. Why do Democrats support Robert Byrd? Shouldn’t we hold his comments from his days in the KKK against him?

Helms slammed America’s gays for years, and did nothing for them, while Byrd took acts to mitigate the damage his previous positions had caused for America’s blacks.

Notice, it’s an AIDs relief bill; can you find any legislation of his, for AIDS research funding?
