They pray for a Rapture. These selfish people that hate life so much and embrace the concept of death as the answer. Jesus was of the world. He worked in the world with humanity of all kinds. He was rarely judgmental. Yet these frightened, selfish, mean spirited, souless, nuts think for some reason God will forgive them for urging and trying to bring about the end of life in order for a selected few to enter heaven.
To think only of themselves and to pray for war and the destruction of human beings is so very anti-christian that it defies belief.

Pat Robertson represents this kind of christianity that has forgotten all they profess to believe in. They are willing to use Israel for the purpose of death. To encourage Israel to bomb and cause death in the name of Jesus. These people are the worst kind of hypocrites. They believe in all their arrogance that they are the true believers and they have it on good authority that God wants death in large numbers. They pay homage not to peace and love of their fellow human beings but of some warped desire to die. Well if they want to die, then they should go ahead and die. What they hope will happen is no worse then the sin of suicide.

They have embraced a religion and a man that does not require them to think for themselves. They have given up that repsonsibility to someone else. This way they never have to agonize over the moral decisions. Men like Robertson do it for them, charge them for the priviledge of doing it.

And this kind of ignorance, this kind of nuttiness is what keeps me an atheist. I am spared insanity. I am spared the convoluted thinking that rots the brain. And mostly I am spared having to deal with people that are so far off the scale of decency. Irrational people represented by a greedy, power hungry despot named Robertson. Bomb Iran. Kill thousands of innocent people. Amen!!
