Before you anoint this clown a hero remember that McClellan is just a sad pathetic human being. I have one at work, he’s nominally my immediate superior, half my age, has no original thoughts of his own, and is painfully immature, insecure, and inexperienced. He believes being a leader implies dominating, undermining, and denigrating his subordinates. His only experience with teamwork and leadership to this point in life has been the military, and he follows that model of picking on the weakest member of the crew.
I am the only one who does not cave into his bullying, and this infuriates him.
