But as far as religion goes… why do liberal organizations like the ACLU continually attack Christian symbols while leaving just about every other religious symbol untouched? For every single instance that you can provide were the ACLU stood against a non-judeo religion I can produce 100 instances were they did. Perhaps I generalized too much but my contention is very clear. Most liberals hate Christianity. They prove it with legal actions constantly being spewed out by the ACLU and liberal activist judges.

You might want to read up on a few of the cases in which the ACLU has actually defended Christians and their right to worship without government interference.

Liberals don’t hate Christians. Many of us are Christians. What we hate are hypocrites. The evangelical “Christians” who fly around in Lear jets and rake in millions of dollars in “first fruits” from gullible morons in the midwest, who do nothing but stir up fear and bigotry among their congregations.

We believe religion should unite people. You folks use it to divide. We’re not trying to give Islam a “foothold” – we’re merely welcoming a brother religion to our country. If in the course of becoming a more welcoming and pluralistic society we recognize a few more holidays, fine by me. But it’s not going to “destroy” Christianity. Islam does not intend to destroy Christianity.
