What else can this idiot say to show just what a sociopath he is?

"a person, as a psychopathic personality, whose behavior is antisocial and who lacks a sense of moral responsibility or social conscience"
~Dictionary.reference.com

“of, relating to, or characterized by asocial or antisocial behavior or exhibiting antisocial personality disorder”

“Sociopath: A term once used for someone with what is now called antisocial personality disorder.”

"People having antisocial personality disorder are sometimes referred to as "sociopaths" and "psychopaths"... Characteristics of people with antisocial personality disorder may include: Persistent lying or stealing, Recurring difficulties with the law, Tendency to violate the rights and boundaries of others, Substance abuse, Aggressive, often violent behavior; prone to getting involved in fights, A persistent agitated or depressed feeling (dysphoria), Inability to tolerate boredom, Disregard for the safety of self or others, A childhood diagnosis of conduct disorders - this is not a symptom but "a history of", Lack of remorse, related to hurting others, Superficial charm,
Impulsiveness, A sense of extreme entitlement, Inability to make or keep friends, Recklessness, impulsivity,
People with a diagnosis of antisocial personality disorder, often experience difficulties with authority figures."
~ Wikipedia.com

"According to DSM-IV as presented by BehaveNet®, a person can be diagnosed as antisocial if since age 15 he or she has shown a pervasive pattern of disregard for, and violation of, the rights of others. The person must have indicated at least three of the following: Failure to conform to lawful social norms, Deceitfulness, Impulsivity or failure to plan ahead,
Irritability and aggressiveness, as indicted by repeated physical fights or assaults, Reckless disregard for safety of self or others, Consistent irresponsibility, as indicated by repeated failure to sustain consistent work behavior or honor financial obligations, Lack of remorse, as indicated by being indifferent about having hurt, mistreated or stolen from another."

“A person with antisocial personality disorder. Probably the most widely recognized personality disorder. A sociopath is often well liked because of their charm and high charisma, but they do not usually care about other people. They think mainly of themselves and often blame others for the things that they do. They have a complete disregard for rules and lie constantly. They seldom feel guilt or learn from punishments. Though some sociopaths have become murders, most reveal their sociopathy through less deadly and sensational means. Charles Manson Ted Bundy
Both are sociopaths “
~ www.urbandictionary.com

“(On Scott Peterson) 'Sociopaths are very egocentric individuals that lack a sense of personal responsibility and morality. They may be impulsive, manipulative, reckless, quarrelsome, and consistent liars. Sociopaths are usually unable to sustain relationships and have a total lack of remorse for their actions AND may also be very prone to aggressive, hostile, and sometimes violent behavior. This aggression may or may not lead to criminal behavior and often takes the form of domestic violence. Along with these other actions, sociopaths often engage in self-destructive behavior such as alcoholism or addiction to drugs. This, of course, usually worsens many aspects of the sociopathic behavior. Despite these previous symptoms, the sociopath may be an excellent actor, always appearing charming, calm, and collected. They usually have a normal or above normal intelligence level and good verbal fluency. It is these qualities that sometimes place he sociopath in leadership positions within their social groups and often make it hard to spot their "black side".

cazzie russell:

I have no problem with accountability. It's a very important aspect of our society. Seeing that you were not totally truthful in calling me a pimp for O'Reilly, you tried to cover it up with the "well, it's not technically..." argument, which is to say that I wasn't pimping at all. If I "shilled" for him, then say that, and I'll be happy to disprove that assertion as well. I never demanded that everyone buy his book. I never even said anything about purchasing it. If you know you're wrong about calling me a pimp for him, then admit it instead of looking for the "well, technically I guess it wasn't' argument. I WASN'T. Just admit it. Now that we've addressed that, does anyone remember the actual issue we were discussing before some of y'all started focusing on insulting and attacking me. Which is more important?

Yes, Culture Warrior, I've seen The Factor, and I think your hero is a boorish nincompoop, which is why I don't waste any more of my time on him. You're not pimping for him? You must not recall remembering, so let me help you out. In a thread about the state of the nation, and its leader's refusing to acknowledge the hard times engendered during his reign, you came forth with this useless non-sequitur: "Y'all should read O'Reilly's Culture Warrior." That's the problem with the written word. Once you're on record, you can't make it go away. Accountability is a drag, isn't it? But if you want to parse it now to indicate that you didn't technically "pimp" for him -- as in, act as a liaison for a romantic encounter -- but rather merely "shilled" for him -- as in, "buy his book!" -- have at it. I'm sure it will be a fascinating retort. As far as your point about "his personal life is his," I couldn't agree more. His problem was that he's a public figure, and thus not afforded the same sort of privacy as the everyday shlub. And as everyone knows, any sexual dalliance outside a marriage-bed, missionary-position run-through is a far worse transgression than homicide. One will get you impeached, the other will not. Which certainly demonstrates that there's nothing askew in our country today, is there?

cazzie russell Says:

Culture Warrior, why do you imagine that it’s “safe to assume” he’s never seen the O’Reilly Factor? Try wrapping around the possibility that he’s heard enough from your hero to know that he’s a churlish, bombastic demagogue. Ten million for phone sex — comically bad phone sex, at that — and this is the guy you want to emulate. Who’s looking out for you? Why, it’s the guy trying to rub chick peas, fava beans and pita bread on the girl in the shower, that’s who! Nothing personal, Culture Warrior. You might be a great guy, for all I know. But be advised that if you come to a site like this pimping for a guy like O’Reilly, you may not be received as warmly as you’d hoped.

Culture Warrior responds:
You said it was obvious that he had never read one of O'Reilly's books when I asked. Why is it that, based on your assumed fact, I am wrong when I assume he hasn't seen the Factor? You assume he hasn't read his books, but you say it's "obivous" he hasn't, which implies that you know. I'm not pimping for O'Reilly, and I certainly did NOT expect to be welcomed, much less warmly. Who says I want to emulate O'Reilly? I firmly believe what he says on The Factor and in his books. Bringing up his personal life is designed to do one thing, much like these websites: character smear. That does not help anyone. His personal life is his. He's still a good guy. I've got a pretty good idea that EugeneDebs has not seen the Factor nor read any of O'Reilly's books. I imagine he/she stays in a tight liberal circle and bases his/her opinions about O'Reilly based on what his/her liberal friends say. Think for yourself. Also, I find it hard to listen to the argument of a person whose username is that of a socialist. One other question, cazzie russell: Have YOU ever ready any of O'Reilly's books or seen The Factor?

But be advised that if you come to a site like this pimping for a guy like O’Reilly, you may not be received as warmly as you’d hoped.

You go Bush! Let the America bashers have their say.. they will be squashed like the arrogant French relay team.. Go USA, the most wonderful country in the world. We feed the world, we protect the world, we are the shining example. The liberal, hateful media be damned. Some people just cannot be happy. Look around you, for God's sake. Opportunities are endless, but nothing is going to be given to you. Hard work is good.

Hey, that sounded like you think you are always right and everybody else is wrong. I guess it's not just the "typical Republican belief", but also the typical liberal belief. America is usually in the right. Why can't you accept that you and the other liberals and/or secular progressives out there are NOT always right?

OK, let me get this straight: NBC pays $894,000,000 for the broadcasting rights to the Olympics and they pre-empt it to talk to some idiot in the last 6 months of his term just so he can say, "I don't see American having problems"?!

cazzie russell Says:

Culture Warrior, you’ve read what EugeneDebs has written and then ask whether he’s read any of O’Reilly’s books. Most second graders could make the logical leap that he has not. Has that occurred to you, or are you just stirring the pot like this blinkered, futile Dennis character?

Culture Warrior responds:
Of course I know EugeneDebs has not read any of Mr. O'Reilly's books. I was asking a rhetorical question to prove a point. EugeneDebs made statements having NOT read Mr. O'Reilly's books. I think it's safe to assume that he also has NOT seen The O'Reilly Factor, and therefore does not really know what O'Reilly has to say. Most 6th graders could make that logical leap, to understand that I was illustrating a point and knew what the answer would be, but maybe you have not gotten to 6th grade yet.
