Speaking in Erie, PA today, Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) called for the U.N. Security Council to “move ahead with the resolution” calling for a cease-fire and condemning Russia’s aggression against Georgia. McCain also said that NATO should begin “discussions on both the deployment of an international peacekeeping force to South Ossetia and the implications for NATO’s future relationship with Russia, a Partnership for Peace nation.” In the past, McCain has also threatened to kick Russia out of the G-8.
The way McNumbNuts is going, the G-8 will be soon be the G-1. He’ll kick out a couple of countries and the rest will leave for lack of interest.
August 11th, 2008 at 12:53 pmMcCain was actually going to make this statement even more symbolic by speaking on the steps of the Capital Building, but he hasn’t been there in such a long time that he forgot where it was.
August 11th, 2008 at 12:54 pmMcCain was actually going to make this statement even more symbolic by speaking on the steps of the Capital Building, but he hasn’t been there in such a long time that he forgot where it was.
Even if he had been there yesterday, he would still have forgotten where it was.
August 11th, 2008 at 12:58 pmBut-but-but, Republicans hate the UN. And this will only reinforce the perceptions of its ineffectualness.
Where’s “Bomb-bomb” McCain when you need him?
August 11th, 2008 at 12:58 pmBut who does America want to be the next President?

August 11th, 2008 at 1:01 pmRussia has veto power with the UN, so I don’t see any resolutions coming anytime soon. As far as an international peacekeeping force, we don’t have any troops to send, and the international community isn’t going to send troops for us when we have repeatedly refused to send troops for them.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:03 pmHow about a U.N. Resolution against McCain?
August 11th, 2008 at 1:05 pmDoes this OP1 character really think it’s fooling anyone?
August 11th, 2008 at 1:09 pmSimple truth about Georgia and Osetia
What is happening now?
Osetia is a small ethnicity between Russia and Georgia. We have only 100 thousands of people and 2 thousands of them already died because of ETHNIC CLEANSING by Georgians.
What it is happening now is simple GENOCID of Osetians by Georgians.
Who started the war?
Georgia has started the war and genocide by coming to the capitall of Osetia with tanks and cannons. They started to bomb civilians in the small city. And they killed 2000 of them in 3 days!!! All dying people you see in the newspapers – are Osetian defenceless civilians dying from massive shelling. Moreover Gergians also killed many OSCE peacekeepers who stayed on the border and tried to protect Osetia.
Why they do all that?
Osetia has beautiful lands near the coast of the Black Sea. From ancient times Georgia wanted to take those lands. They never ruled Osetia. Georgians already tried to perform mass killings in the past. All we could do to protect ourselves and our lands is to ask our another neighbour – Russia to stop Georgians.
How they could do that?
Why American newspapers and TV doesn’t tell the truth? Why 2 weeks before this attack American soldiers and instructors came to Georgia and made training to Georgian army (it even was shown by American TV). It is simple – America planned and then started dirty campaign against Russia. Dirty because they do it by Georgian hands and because the price for this is OUR LIFES. If nobody stops Georgians – Osetians will physically disappear as ethnicity.
Just look at the numbers with more attention – 2000 Osetians killed against 6 Georgians.
And it happened in Osetia – not in Georgia.
Why Georgian president lies?
He always lies. He lies to us, to his American supporters, to international community. Just remember his latest interview when he sits under the European Union flag, so everybody thinks that Georgia is the part of EU. Georgia was NEVER part of European Union.
What we can do now?
We can eat what official newspapers and TV gives us. But remember when they told us that Iraq had chemical weapon. They bombed Iraq and thousands of Americans were killed to let oil companies earn more on Iraq’s oil. But, who talks about chemical weapon now? The fat is in the fire now.
It is simple like that:
If we don’t stop Georgians now they will take Osetia’s land and kill most of Osetians.
DO NOT LIE!!!! RUSSIAN ARE NOT AGRESSOR, U.S. goverment – DO NOT LIE FOR YOUR PEOPLE!!!!
August 11th, 2008 at 1:11 pmOh my doesn’t the confused and befuddled old man appear so presidential. Bah hahahaha! We can’t have Russia attacking and bombing sovereign nations now can we Johnny! Perhaps he should call for a U.N. resolution against the USA. My the hypocrisy of the republican party is running thick.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:13 pmInstead of our military flying the 2000 or so Georgian soldiers from Iraq back to their country to defend it, why don’t we just send Insane McCain there instead, he can show them how to win wars.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:16 pmOh, so the UN is relevant all of the sudden now?
These neo-cons are always full of surprises…
August 11th, 2008 at 1:17 pmSorry OPI, I don’t support either, as the only ones who will get f**ked in the end (and killed) are the innocent people caught in the middle of this chess game.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:17 pmThis OP1 character apparently DOES think it’s fooling someone.
Too funny.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:18 pmOP1/P is adding some mild humor to a typical Monday morning. Thanks for the laughs, P.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:18 pmOP1 Says:
RantingTommy,
Everyone here supports Russia. Georgia is a friend of Bush so Russia is the good guy here. That is why you see no protests from the International Progressive movement. We support Russia and hope they win.
#####
How many protests are we seeing from the international conservative movement? Also, now that Georgia is pulling its troops from Iraq, they might not continue to be Bush’s friends.
So, are you having a good day? Is school still out for you, or are you in a track-based school? Do you like your teachers? Have you thought about what you want to be when you grow up? Maybe go into politics? You should ask your teacher about the “presidential classroom” program – you get to take a field trip to DC! Well, have fun.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:19 pmDo you suppose these fake-progressive trolls like OP1 (who, remarkably all sound like they’re the same sad troll) really think they’re fooling anyone?
How about it, OP? Do you think anyone here believes you?
August 11th, 2008 at 1:19 pmOPium1/Mr. P is back to his old stupid ways again. He never misses an opportunity to annoy others and embarrass himself.
::yawn::
August 11th, 2008 at 1:20 pmOP1(Original Pee One??) Says:
Gregor Samsa,
I love this. Russia is defeating the neocons. For that we must support Putin. You don’t see any protests from the Internation Progressive Movement about this. That is because progressives support Russia.
I salute Putin.
Is that like Interracial or Interspecies?
August 11th, 2008 at 1:21 pmmccain is again on the wrong side of history…
August 11th, 2008 at 1:21 pmSo the NATO peace-keeping force would comprise of whom exactly?
France is not a NATO country. Germany doesn’t get to contribute beyond its borders because of its history.Poland and other former USSR countries won;t want to mess with Russia. The UK is is stretched in Afghanistan and Iraq. Spain isn’t about to side with the US after it kicked the US-friendly government out. Italy is busy prosecuting CIA goons for kidnapping on their soil and has major economic issues. Turkey has the Kurds to worry about but maybe they could get involved?
The entire EU which is almost all of NATO barring the US, needs Russian oil and gas.The US has run out of arrows, it can’t get to Georgia on land or by sea and it’s air-force would need overflight permission in order to participate–and besides it;s a goddamn election year!
NATO is STILL in Bosnia/Kosovo.
IMHO the Georgians are own their own, practically speaking.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:22 pmOP1 Says: Everyone here supports Russia. Georgia is a friend of Bush so Russia is the good guy here. That is why you see no protests from the International Progressive movement. We support Russia and hope they win.
Stop speaking for everyone here. I don’t support Russia or Georgia. I support people and the solving of problems without violence.
We know you don’t get it, so just go away.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:22 pmWasn’t it the neoclowns like grampy mclame who are always pissing their pants that the united nations is no longer relevent? it’s interesting how relevent the united nations has become now that they’ve blown their political capital in the debacle known as iraq.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:23 pm“International Progressive Movement”?
WTF? It’s too early in the week to be stoned already, doncha think?
August 11th, 2008 at 1:23 pmA President who lies? Now that sounds familiar! Republican hopeful even launched a “Frequent Lyer” program…
If only they weren’t violent as well.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:24 pmI can see the one o’clock “troll-ey” has arrived carrying OP1.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:24 pmOP,
Is summer school out and you have a short break before Fall Semester at your 3rd tier school?
Why don’t you go to an afternoon matinee of Batman and see it for the 6th time, and let the adults speak, K?
August 11th, 2008 at 1:24 pmWow, this OP1 idiot must think everyone else is as stupid as it is.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:26 pmLet’s all follow OPie’s lead and email McCain, pretending to be Conservaties, who want him to scream “War with Russia” from the top of his lungs at the start and end of every speech or interview he gives. That’ll put an end to the undecided Independent vote…
August 11th, 2008 at 1:27 pmLIGHT Says:
Osetia has beautiful lands near the coast of the Black Sea. From ancient times Georgia wanted to take those lands. They never ruled Osetia.
Interesting. According to every map I’ve seen of the region, Ossetia is a landlocked region about 100 miles from the Black Sea and 200 miles from the Caspian sea. Doesn’t sound very coastal to me.
How is that possible, exactly, given that the vast majority of Ossetians (700,000) live in North Ossetia, in Russia? Is Georgia going to invade North Ossetia, too? If so, one would think Russian troops would be guarding the border instead of bombing Georgian Black Sea ports and invading Tblisi.
Now, I don’t disagree that the US has been using Georgia as a pawn here in a proxy war with Russia. That’s well-understood. Somebody is going to profit from this war on both sides. My firm belief is that this war is over Caspian crude, but so far the markets aren’t responding.
But if you honestly think Russia is some savior of the downtrodden Ossetian minority, you may want to cut back on the Stoli a bit.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:28 pmJohn McCain the man who:
*Wants to bomb-bomb-bomb-bomb-bomb the sovereign nation of Iran.
*Wants to continue the war in the sovereign nation of Iraq for 10, 20, 50, maybe 100 years.
*Wouldn’t go into Pakistan if we learned of Bin Ladens location and had him pinned down because Pakistan is a sovereign nation.
*Claims to the candidate who will keep us safe and yet once told Bill O’Reilly that our troops aren’t trained to protect our own borders and yet they are used to protect the border of South Korea and in Iraq.
*Who likens the situation in Iraq to the situations in Germany, Japan and South Korea for keeping our military in Iraq…one big difference, our soldiers in Germany, Japan and South Korea aren’t getting shot at every day.
*Wants to continue the Bush administrations failed foreign and domestic polices.
*Wants to continue the Bush tax cuts for the rich (Yup they have stimulated the economy so well)
We don’t need another candy-assed, elitist for president. Especially one as old as dirt, who has health and mental issues, has a bad temper, is clueless on the economy, clueless on the plight of the average American and is a corporate whore.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:28 pmBut, our own Chimperor looked into Putin’s eyes and saw his soul. He MUST be a good guy, right? W cannot be worng about anything, can he? Because if he’s wrong about one thing, he might be wrong about more than one thing, right?
I’m sure that W lecturing about disproportional responses will have the same effect as “jawboning the Saudis into producing more oil and lowering the price.”
August 11th, 2008 at 1:29 pmOpey dopey 1:
Seriously, give it up. You are a sad little troll. You aren’t accomplishing anything.
No one here believes you are what you say you are.
No one here supports Russia or Georgia in this conflict. We just want the violence to stop.
Putin is Bush’s buddy too remember? He “looked into his soul” and saw that Putin was a good man, remember?
Russia is in no way Progressive. Give it up. Your sad attempts at equating Progressives with Communism aren’t getting you anywhere. Russia isn’t communist, or even socialist, anymore, remember?
Man, you are fu(king stupid.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:29 pmOP1 is probably a republican troll looking for material to post at his reichwing blog…sorry moron.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:29 pmOp1, you might want to change your outfit, assclown. We can see right through that gossimer gown you’re wearing.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:29 pmOP1 Says: The media is supporting Russia. That is why they haven’t condemn Russia like when US, UK or Israel attacks. Russia is the good guy and I’m glad Think Progress supports them.
It’s not enough to WANT to be a troll, you have to learn subterfuge and disguise, like a sniper. Unfortunately for you your ‘Ghillie-suit’ is a fluorescent clown suit with Vegas-strip style blinking arrows attached that scream “look at me!!”.
Your are probably the stupidest most obvious troll I’ve ever encountered here.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:31 pmOPium1/Mr. P discovered there is a whole ‘nother country called Georgia Thursday-Friday last week.
Now he thinks it’s “funny” to come here and babble about the “International Progressive Movement” while the Caucasus burns.
Goes to show the emotional maturity -or lack thereof- of the supporters of the Bush administration and the conservative mentality in general…
August 11th, 2008 at 1:31 pmOP1 Says: Why is everyone attacking me here. I support Russia. They hate Neocons,
You clearly know nothing about Russia.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:32 pmQ: What’s the difference between a fake Russian/progressive troll and a garden variety wingnut troll?
A: No idea, but someone’s feeding it.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:32 pmInteresting that the minute Themis disappears, OP1 comes on board.
Well, since OP1 has proven to be such an expert on Latin history (PFFFFFFFFFT!), and since I’m really not “edumacated” in the Georgia/Russia conflict, I ask of OP1, please explain, in detail, why Russia countered when Georgia started the offense.
(This should be interesting)
August 11th, 2008 at 1:33 pmOP/P,
Why not forgo your last few years of mom-and-dad paid schooling and sign up with the Russian army. I am sure they would welcome your support.
Oh, that’s right, you are the one who rants against anyone not supporting BushCo in Iraq but won’t serve there, either.
At least you are consistent.
A chickenhawk, but a consistent one.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:33 pmPoor OP1, his beloved party is falling apart and is in it’s death knell thanks to George W. Bush…what is little OP1 going to do when our country has a democratic president and a democratic majority in both house? Can anyone say suicide watch for little OP1?
August 11th, 2008 at 1:33 pmDoes not exist.
Go play in traffic somewhere, child, the adults are talking.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:34 pmOP1 here’s some free advice direct from me to you:
Only a total bush nut hugger would take a complex issue such as this and try to make it a black and white issue as you are feebly attempting to do. Give it up, assclown, no one’s buying the happy horseshit you’re peddling.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:34 pmOP1 Says:
August 11th, 2008 at 1:36 pm“Russia attacked because Georgia is run by Necons.”
According to whom…bill kristol?
Progressives support Russia!?!
No but Bush supports communist China, hell he continues to go into record debt with them to pay for his failed wars. He goes to the olympics even though China is known for it’s horrific human rights violations. Bush has become a caricuture and the rest of the world looks at him as irrelevant. What a pathetic embarrassment he has become to our country!
August 11th, 2008 at 1:36 pmI think OP1 missed his Ritalin pill this morning.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:36 pmWhat pray tell is a ‘facty’? I am unfamiliar with this word…
If you meant to say ‘fact,’ then we have a problem. No one here is aware of this so-called ‘fact.’ Why don’t you PROVE that this is a ‘fact’ and then maybe we will address it. Since this is such a well-known ‘fact’ as you call it, it should be easy to prove, no?
This should be interesting…
August 11th, 2008 at 1:37 pmOP1 Says: No one here wants this to stop.
How can we simultaneously be both hippie pacifists AND want war? Idiot.
Again, stop speaking for other people.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:37 pmRussia will do what it wants.
This is probably the only sentence with some semblance of reality that the troll has posted today.
Yes, Russia will do what it wants -in spite of all the posturing in the White House.
Russia is not a country the crazies can bully around so easily, which is something Saakashvilli is finding out the hard way.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:37 pmOP1 Says:
Why is everyone attacking me here. I support Russia. They hate Neocons, they are good.

Hahahaha – that’s cute. You seem to forget how willingly Russia adopted the neocon economic policies of Milton Friedman after the fall of communism.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:38 pmBut EVERYBODY knows that neocons don’t fight – they send other people’s children to die.
“Fighting to defeat neocons” doesn’t even make sense.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:38 pmWho said I “hate”, Original Pee?
I find you amusing in your sad performance art. The sadness isn’t what’s amusing, mind you; it’s that you don’t seem aware of how you look to others.
But rock on!
August 11th, 2008 at 1:38 pmI actually am considering going to Russia.
Stop considering. Just go!
Shoo!!

Funny stuff there. But your school doesn’t have any Progressives, they are not interested in attending that level of school.
And don’t project your cowardice, I served my time, you haven’t and never will. It isn’t in your genes.
And lay off the self-meds, OK? It is ruining your keytroking.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:41 pmPlus:

OP1 is Trajan75.
Seriously, anyone who remembers ol’ Twajie, just insert “China” where it says Russia, and insert “the New Right” where it says “Progressives.”
Leave everything else the same and it’s pretty much 30% of all Twajie’s rants.
Twajie, I know it was you. You broke my heart.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:41 pmObviously OP1 is a pathetic troll, who thinks we are as stupid as he is. I say we all click the report abuse buttons on his useless posts until he vanishes.

August 11th, 2008 at 1:43 pmI agree with HTH and LT, being our resident experts on that breakaway republic of Twajikistan, that OP1 is the latest nom de plume of that ferocious Latin heartthrob.

August 11th, 2008 at 1:47 pmhussein toasterhead Says: Hahahahaha – “communist China.” There ain’t been communists in China since 1989.
You could even argue that there have never really been Communists in China, or Russia, since Communism was supposed to come from the failure of Capitalism, and neither Russia nor China were Capitalistic to begin with, so they just misused the term to cover the fact that they were actually totalitarian Dictatorships.
If anything today is on the path to what Marx and Engels intended, it is in Europe and Canada where Socialistic Democracies are replacing Capitalism.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:47 pmop1, like most of the ignorant neoclowns on this planet are feverishly buying airfare into atlanta to fight the russians who have invaded georgia
August 11th, 2008 at 1:47 pmOkay maybe we have all been too hard on poor little OP1. See he is reaaly depressed because he was recently was kicked out of the radical right terrorrist organization. It seems he was given the mission to blow up a bus full of progressive school children and burnt his lips on the tailpipe.

No, he’s depressed because I eviscerated his fake-christianity on TPWatchWatch, and because his blog…shall we say…hasn’t exactly been reaching the masses.
How many comments do you have today Twajie? 2, 3 tops in the last 2 months?

If you mean Georgia whose capital is Atlanta, then I’ll volunetter to pick them up at the airport if it means getting rid of the Fascist Conservatives who run our state government.
August 11th, 2008 at 1:51 pmI’m going to go out on a limb and suggest that Russia might veto any such resolution.

Go to Russia. Ask to join their military. After they’re done laughing at you because most likely you can’t join their military unless you are a citizen (much like here I’m sure), explain to them that you just want to aid their fight against the Neocons.
If you’re lucky, they’ll just deport you.
If we’re lucky, you’ll be getting to know the inside of a Russian sanitorium for a little while.

And half of those are from one of his multiple personalities. Because you know he is so clever he probably trolls his own blog, you know, to gain experience…
August 11th, 2008 at 1:53 pm“…calling for a cease-fire and condemning Russia’s aggression against Georgia.”
Yep! Russia should have come up with some trumped up, cockamamie, WMD, threat to world peace, Georgia is fascist Germany propaganda before the war. That way the international community wouldn’t say jack all to “acts of agression”
August 11th, 2008 at 1:56 pmOP1 is what we call a binary thinker.
He only believes in ’sides’, not solutions.
Basically, he’s retarded.
August 11th, 2008 at 2:04 pmYou think Russia is a problem now? Wait until they pick a fight with Canada over oil in the Arctic. They already have military in the area and are claiing rights. Canada just sent a military operation of their own, and are claiming rights.
August 11th, 2008 at 2:07 pmWhatever OP1:
August 11th, 2008 at 2:07 pmWe heard your opinion. Why continue to say more? Is it possible that it is not really why you are here? I think we both know the answer to that….
We must be careful not to let our hatred for Bush become an obstacle for our compassion for the innocent.
August 11th, 2008 at 2:09 pmchare @ 107, excellent point!
August 11th, 2008 at 2:13 pmMcDepends’ stupid statement :
“Today news reports indicate that Russian military forces crossed an internationally-recognized border into the sovereign territory of Georgia. Russia should immediately and unconditionally cease its military operations and withdraw all forces from sovereign Georgian territory. ”
Guess Johnny Knows-How-To-Win-Wars believes his robot arms and horrific smile is enough to tell Russia what to do , while he spews utter bullshit about the necessity of the US remaining illegally in the sovereign nation of Iraq for 100 years………….
August 11th, 2008 at 2:14 pmIs it me, or is reading OP1’s post like listening to Tom Hanks character describe life and a box of chocolate?
August 11th, 2008 at 2:14 pmThat line of thinking is so ignorant that I believe we reasonable persons should boycott the current “Russia should whip everyone because they’re not progressive” argument.
August 11th, 2008 at 2:15 pmHey OP/P,
Why not come up to the next thread and show us your ‘compassionate progressive’ stance on that issue? Will go a long way to let us know your real feelings.

A con in Canada is equal to a liberal here (how else you think they got national health care and stayed out of the Iraq debacle?)
Supporting an ‘attack’ like that is a conservative mindset. Remember, we’re all pacifist hippies here, right?

That line of thinking is so ignorant that I believe we reasonable persons should boycott the current “Russia should whip everyone because they’re not progressive” argument.

______
There is no “Russia should whip everyone because they’re not progressive” argument. Nobody here is seriously stating anything of the sort. The moron posting those types of statements in this thread is a long-term ThinkProgress troll just trying to get a rise out of you. Don’t listen to him.

I don’t know where these adults you are talking about are. The above statement shows that you are not one.

Blah blah blah. Go away, troll. Nobody cares what you have to say.
August 11th, 2008 at 2:25 pmWait!
Why should we go to the U.N.?
After all, they’re the ones who said that Iraq not only does not have any WMD, but also that they don’t have the capability to produce said weapons.
They’re the ones who said that any type of conflict in the Middle East would cause destablization within the region.
Whoops!
August 11th, 2008 at 2:32 pmNevermind.

August 11th, 2008 at 2:32 pmI really don’t think you wanna suggest that damp bag shit with me… I find the blowhard tough guy shit annoying and lame.

Pacifist hippies is close to what I would call most of you. You wouldn’t know how to fight your way out of a wet paper bag.
Putin is trying to prove himself to the world. He probably wet his bed as a kid and never got over it.
Kinda hits close to home, eh Twajie?

No, we wouldn’t fight our way out of a wet paper bag. We’d just rip a hole in the side and walk out. No fighting necessary.
I guess you guys would start calling in airstrikes and deploying Marines – perhaps even invading a neighboring plastic bag – to resolve the situation, at the cost of thousands of lives.
Guess that’s the difference between liberals and conservatives in a nutshell.
August 11th, 2008 at 2:36 pmBut, I’ll take your “pacifist hippie” comment as a compliment.
After all, fighting is usually my last resort.
While you were strutting your stuff (picking fights) in college for whatever inferiority complex you held, I was actually utilizing my testosterone….with your girl!!!!!!

Fight your way out? Always with the violence? A wet papare bag wouldn’t require much effort to escape. No violence needed.
Putin is trying to prove himself to the world. He probably wet his bed as a kid and never got over it. I’m curious how this plays out here at home. I think Mc Cain will show his maturity in how to deal with Putin, while Obama will show once again that he will either flop over what he thinks (his handlers) about the situation.
McCain will self-destruct with this tactic. Watch and see.
Not that he stood a real chance anyway.
August 11th, 2008 at 2:40 pmHey Bunny2,
How many combat tours have you served? Must be a real bad dude, right? But with a name like Bunny2, you wouldn’t last 2 days in Basic.
August 11th, 2008 at 2:49 pmNo, I think it’s just you, Doc. Forrest Gump had a whole lot more on the ball than OP. Now, maybe if Forrest had discovered a twelve-pack of Meisterbrau in one of the rooms in his mother’s boarding house…
August 11th, 2008 at 2:56 pmAND THE BIG MISSLE SHIELD ? How many tons of explosives has the US positioed on the border of or within the former Svviet Union ? ehhh …… gotta go ……. blog on !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
August 11th, 2008 at 3:03 pmWar is Murder !
Does McCain even know or understand the issues that caused this uprising. It sounds like this is a disputed area issue. Obviously, war is not the proper first resort when areas are disputed but this seems more like a knee-jerk reaction by McCain.
August 11th, 2008 at 3:23 pmThere should be an UN resolution agaisnt the USA!!!…Oh, there is! And there were many against them when they invadded PANAMA. But it was ignored as usual!

August 11th, 2008 at 4:54 pmDon’t you love it when the freaks who are always complaining about the UN like to use UN resolutions to justify the Iraq mess but leave out the resolutions which have condemned the US, Israel, and others? It makes me giggle when they do that…
Russia is pushing back US and Israel proxy country Georgia.
August 11th, 2008 at 9:55 pmBut conservative led by John Bolton dispise the U.N. ?
