Fox News: “Is Obama Bashing ‘American Dream’ By Bashing McCain’s 7 Homes?”
On Fox News’ Your World, host Neil Cavuto defended John McCain’s inability to recall the number of homes he owns by attacking critics who have sought to highlight McCain’s failure. He opened the segment by asking, “Well, instead of slamming McCain, is Obama really bashing the American Dream?”
Fox News has it backwards. McCain’s remark is symbolically important because it suggests McCain is unable to relate to “the mortgage foreclosure crisis that has upended the American dream of owning even one home.” It also serves to highlight the fact McCain is running a campaign of the rich, by the rich, and for the rich.

Last night. However, my breakfast cereal bowl and spoon are still in the sink because I was in a hurry this morning, so I’ll do them with the dinner dishes.
Tonight I also have to do laundry and water the flower beds. I’d be willing to bet these are chores McRich doesn’t have to worry about, either, but are quite common here in middle America.

They had moved from a 1000 sq ft home (less than 2 miles from where she works) to a 2500 sq ft home over 20 miles away because it was closer to where her husband was working. The husband is a carpenter that builds new houses, but, since the drastic cuts in housing starts in that area, he no longer works in that area and commutes 40 miles to a job site.
Now, to make matters worse, their financial picture changed as a result of their increased gasoline expenses. This has led to the couple seperating with my friends daughter having moved into a trailer less than a mile from where she use to live (and across the street from her dad’s trailer) and her husband moved back in to his parents home.
I didn’t think to ask if his daughter was still driving a 2006 Lincoln Navigator and if her husband still has a 2006 F-250 pickup to haul around his toys which includes 2 ATV’s, 2 Jet Skis, a dirt bike and a motorcycle.

John McCain thinks the starting point to being considered rich starts at 5 million dollars.

I mean his wife “Miss Cindy” went on national television a few months ago and said that the only to get around in Phoenix was by plane. I mean, give me a break!
