The sudden interest in timetables by the Bush administration and all this talk about the success of the surge and the great General Petraeus. Could it be that McCain may choose Petraeus as his VP? Since the surge is such a great success and violence is down in Iraq, maybe this is just to build a case for Petraeus stepping down and retiring as a great and honorable servant to his country??

McCain as president with Petraeus as VP sets up Petraeus in 2012….or sooner if gramps suddenly drops dead after throwing a temper tantrum.

By the way has our government ever thought what the $$$ we are paying these tribes is being spent on…oops that would mean oversite and accountability, two things that are nonexistent in the Bush administration.
