If it hits New Orleans, it’s good for Hagee, I guess for the gay French Quarter, but not so much anymore for poor democratic voters who have left, but if it hits Texas, it’s bad, unless it somehow makes it to Austin only, as that’s a democratic stronghold. So he has to wait and see.
