I couldn’t agree more, freeman. We’re stronger with criticism from our own, which is labeled by the neonuts as “party division.” If people can’t clearly view our party as one willing to improve its delivery, they will feel comfortable going back-and-forth to republicans because they would see nothing to lose. Once we’ve finished our work to get Obama elected we must be welcoming, at the same time critical.

Even if this is true, there’s still the issue of what kind of judgement does it display when, after your water breaks with your FIFTH child, instead of having the baby delivered in a safe environment, you spend eight hours on a flight, then instead of going to a hospital in Anchorage, you spend additional time going to Bumfuk, AK to have the delivery, by a doctor who’s no longer on staff, or perhaps on the planet.

Here’s an interesting question:

If it wasn’t for the weekend of online rumors about the “baby mama” quesion, when exactly were the Family Values ticket going to announce the upcoming blessed event?

This new info is not going to stop those investigating just who gave birth in April!

Excellent points.

I watched the entire convention on CSPAN and PBS. It was nice to be an adult who decided who I wanted to hear and then could decide what I thought about what I’d just head without some conservative talking head telling me what to hear and what to think about it.

Well, here’s BushCo’s and Palin’s “abstinence only” education in practice, right before our eyes!

So let me understand this. Bristol, who had to miss 4 – 8 months (depending where you read) of school because of contagious mono, got pregnant last spring and therefore couldn’t be the mother of Trig?

Poor kid, I see a very convenient miscarriage in her near future. Or a very late delivery next spring!

Yesterday, I watched part of a focus group on C-SPAN of undecided voters. After they were shown part of that speech, their opinion of Palin went down. At the end of the group, which was run by nutzoid Frank Luntz, 8 favored McCain and 16 favored Obama. — unbelievable

I’m irritated to the point of numbness with the MSM. Obama showed class in assuming there are large numbers of voters still on the fence, voters waiting until October to make up their minds (watched the segment on 60 minutes). Obama is doing the right thing by putting in a hard day’s work non-stop, no contest there. I’m not saying he should relax, but the MSM isn’t doing enough to recognize his voter base as being a lot more about the national issues and a lot less about “experience.” Voters during the primaries were routinely rejecting former governers — Romney, Richardson, Huckabee, others.

At least we have hidden-gem coverage like C-SPAN, which gives us more proof that we are RIGHT about the misleading polls!

McCain has dug himself one very deep hole, and shows no signs of slowing down on the digging efforts. I say we all sit back and see how long it take him to hit rock bottom… :)
