I have an answer to that.

Then again, McCain thinks every retail store should be able to break a $500 bill on the spot, regardless of location and specialty.

Boy, the GOP sure didn’t hesitate to “green light” the attack orders with their new puppet shock troops for the week.

Look for my sign: “Same GOP Circus–Different GOP clowns.”

The media won’t touch it. It’s amazing how they have never touched McCain’s anti-vet votes. Vet groups continuously criticize McCain on these votes, but the average voter will never hear of these things.

Remember, McCain got 80% of the anti-war vote in the Republican primary in New Hampshire. If that doesn’t tell you how misinformed (and dumb) the public is, I don’t know what will.

It’s not like the GOP really gave the Republicans much of a choice for an anti-war candidate outside of Ron Paul. Plus Ron Paul was never much of a threat as a candidate, so when McCain started rolling he gained those anti-war votes by default in most cases. You shouldn’t throw out stats like this unless you know how to interpret them.

As a veteran, I find it appalling that a man who has built his entire career, and this campaign, on his military service and the fact that he was a P.O.W. has been given a failing grade by every major veterans group in the country due to his voting record. I refuse to vote for a man with no integrity.

I actually had a Republican tell me that the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth is a veterans’ organization. To which I replied, “What have they ever done for veterans other than lie to them?” It was rather telling as to just how far down the rabbit hole the Repubs have gone to sell their particular brand of crazy though.

Wish I could have been at this rally this morning but, alas, had to work. Give ‘em hell for me though brothers!

The Military Economy we are all living under overshadows The Civilian Economy — which is tanking.

This is an important story out of St. Paul, but will get no coverage.

The GOP does not support vets says Iraq and Afgan veterans.

Please take a moment to look at the ratings for our senate by our vets.

Most importantly, there were many GI’s that were serious Viet Nam protesters. Back in that day, they were branded as anti-American, anti-’troop’ and worse. They had done their tours and come home convinced that no one should go there after them. What and why would anyone claim these soldiers hate our ‘troops’? They did their time in combat for us, in spite of the fact that a politician lied and manipulated fact to put them into harms way. They deserve just as much respect as any diehard neocon grunt. They’ve just got a very different opinion of what’s going on.

Who better to expose the lies and deceptions of this administration, fully supported by McCain, than those most directly affected by them. Now if we could only outlaw the insidious and hypocritical “support the troops” car magnets…

I find it interesting that AP had the most detail on the story, msnbc had the same detail as the AP story, cnn said there were no arrests, and I didn’t find any mention of it at all on faux.
