FYI Venezuela has the most in oil reserves and then Canada is next. It’s not the “sweet” oil and costs more to refine, but oil is oil. Due to the price of a barrel, these fun facts can be useful. Perhaps this is why W hates Chavez and calls him a dictator. Hugo Chavez was a freely elected president of Venezuela; something W could not pull off here in the US.
