I want to know why this isn’t on all the “news” programs on an endless loop for a few days. Maybe we could urge them?

And I would not be amazed if some who openly endorsed McSpin feel betrayed by the selection of Ms. Palin. Plus, historically the gloves come off all the players following the conventions.

Regardless of agendas and personal loyalties, if Ms. Palin continues to berate the media, while dodging them, the “Barracuda” is going to learn what a pack of piranhas can do. Because the colossal egos of the talking heads won’t let them placidly accept claims of incompetence from the people they have been promoting. They have put themselves in the unenviable position of choosing between naming specific “left-wing journalists” and facing well-armed defense or, lumping their defenders in with “the librul media” and lose their defenders.

And the few real journalists left? I think that they, like us, can find a half-a-hundred disqualifying intellectual and ethical issues in the Jebus/Palin/McSpin ticket and platform.

With any luck Ms. Palin may result in a resurgence of accountability in the press. Because, when push comes to shove, they will protect themselves and Ms. Palin is stupid enough to make it personal with people she can’t intimidate.

She has a nasty habit of lying, on the record, and then attacking those who call her on it. If she treads on the ego of any of our least favorite Reichradio types, the race would be over. If Lush, Bill0, or any of the lesser scum get pissed and call her a liar the whole facade will crumble.

As unlikely as it may sound, I’ve seen nothing to suggest there’s anyone in the Jebus/Palin/McSpin campaign smart enough to avoid a confrontation with someone the Reichwhiners trust. And, given her record, I think it’s all but certain that Ms. Palin will stomp on the wrong foot.

If anyone is running a legal, accredited, pool on when the VP candidate blows it, assuming she hasn’t already? I will put no more than $1.00 on 10/31.

I’m not terribly superstitious but, if a soul-eating demon is going to jump out of someone’s chest? Halloween is any good a day as any. Or, she might just say that every mother in America is; “sending their children to Hell when they send them out to beg for Satan on Satan’s Unholy Day!!!”
