If you’re referring to Karl Schwarz’ articles, if they are true, how will we ever know unless the news media gets involved without bias? In the case of the Time Magazine reporter Ms Tumulty, she seems to think the finding out the who, what, where, when and how have been replaced with a steno pad, which she records what ABC said in rebuttle to the complaint of Congressman Kucinich. There is a great disconnect with what happened and the points made by ABC. She asks little of no questions to ABC. It is scary how Bush-like Palin really is.

Indeed, this debate is good because the spin has been that the Bush Doctrine is about pre-emptive war when it actually about preventive war. “Preventive” is what maks this different from the previous Doctrine (which was pre-emptive). Gibson was sloppy on this point.

It’s really pretty simple:
Only an insane person thinks we should go to war with Russia.

Exactly! Only someone like Darth Cheney would enjoy the thought of a war with Russia, all while watching the holocaust safely from his bunker. Or, if the American people are stupid enough (yet again), soon to be Palin’s bunker.

Is diplomacy dead? Diplomacy is what kept the Cold War from becoming a Hot War. Russia is every bit as powerful as the United States. They have as many (if not more) nuclear weapons than the U.S. does. The Russian people defeated Hitler’s Operation Barbarossa, the largest single invasion in the history of mankind. If we were crazy enough to start a war with the Russians, what kind of war would it be? Nuclear? If conventional, then it’s assumed we’ll be fighting in and around Georgia and the Black Sea. This would be on Russia’s “home turf”, where historically they have always been at their best in battle. The U.S. military is already overstretched and war-fatigued as it is, due to Chimpy’s mess in Iraq & Afganistan.

Just the mere thought of war with Russia is bad, bad, very bad. Too bad Sarah Palin’s brain doesn’t match her looks.
