This morning on the CBS Early Show, Katie Couric previewed the second half of her interview with Gov. Sarah Palin (R-AK). During the interview, Couric asked Palin why she believes the Wall Street bailout is needed.
Palin responded incoherently by claiming that the bailout would “help those who are concerned about health care reform.” Palin then appeared to look down at her notes and says, “Oh, it’s got to be all about job creation”:
COURIC: Why isn’t it better, Governor Palin, to spend $700 billion helping middle-class families struggling with health care, housing, gas and groceries? … Instead of helping these big financial institutions that played a role in creating this mess?
PALIN: Ultimately, what the bailout does is help those who are concerned about the health care reform that is needed to help shore up the economy– Oh, it’s got to be about job creation too. So health care reform and reducing taxes and reining in spending has got to accompany tax reductions.
Watch it:
“She’s not always responsive when she’s asked questions,” Couric said of Palin. “It was a really interesting experience for me to interview her yesterday,” she added.
Yesterday afternoon, Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) canceled an appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman in order to do an unscheduled interview with Couric. In explaining why he believed the Wall Street bailout is necessary, McCain did not cite health care reform.
Transcript:
COURIC: She’s not always responsive when she’s asked question and sometimes does slip back to her talking points. So it was a really interesting experience for mer to interview her yesterday.
RODRIGUEZ: Let’s see if that’s the case here, we have an excerpt where you ask her about her opinion on the bailout.
COURIC: Why isn’t it better, Governor Palin, to spend $700 billion helping middle-class families struggling with health care, housing, gas and groceries? Allow them to spend more and put more money into the economy? Instead of helping these big financial institutions that played a role in creating this mess?
PALIN: That’s why I say, I like ever American I’m speaking with were ill about this position that we have been put in where it is the tax payers looking to bailout.
But ultimately, what the bailout does is help those who are concerned about the health care reform that is needed to help shore up the economy– Helping the — Oh, it’s got to be about job creation too. Shoring up our economy and putting it back on the right track. So health care reform and reducing taxes and reining in spending has got to accompany tax reductions and tax relief for Americas. A
And trade we’ve got to see trade as opportunity, not as a competitive scary thing. But 1 in 5 jobs being created in the trade sector today. We’ve got to look at that as more opportunity. ALl those things under the umbrella of job creation.
This bailout is a part of that.
Keep talking palin…..moose lips sink ships.
No wonder they want her silenced.
September 25th, 2008 at 1:16 pmLet me just say, “Gwhaaaaa…???”
September 25th, 2008 at 1:16 pm***BEATING HEAD ON DESK***
September 25th, 2008 at 1:17 pmSarah Palin, the gift that keeps on giving….
September 25th, 2008 at 1:19 pmCan someone interpret this please. It seems to be contradictory.
How do you reduce taxes, rein in spending and reform health care unless you mean do away with health care altogether.
September 25th, 2008 at 1:20 pm“Scary! Thing!” she says… lol this is pathetic. Terrifying. What an amazing insult the Republicans allow this to continue.
September 25th, 2008 at 1:21 pmShe brought her NOTES to an interview with Katie Couric? And STILL managed to sound utterly incompetent? I CAN’T WAIT FOR THE VP DEBATES! If they ever actually happen, that is…
September 25th, 2008 at 1:22 pmWell, DUH! It makes perfect sense - we’ve got to spend $700 billion to rein in spending! I mean, you can’t make an omelette without shooting a few meese, right?
September 25th, 2008 at 1:22 pmJust who in the name of atheism is this person?
September 25th, 2008 at 1:22 pmI’ve met people like Palin in businesses. She believes in the “if you can’t dazzle ‘em with brilliance, baffle ‘em with bullshiite” philosophy.
But there still has to be some underlying knowledge of the subject matter. And that she simple does not have.
Some Alaskans may have been impressed with her ability to make statements with absolute conviction, but I question just how much they understood what she was saying.
Right now, Sarah, we are listening. And we’re hearing nothing. Absolutely nothing.
PEACE
September 25th, 2008 at 1:23 pmNo wonder the McCain camp is trying to keep her away from the cameras and microphones.
Talk about babbling incoherently. If I were cynical, I would suspect Palin of being one of the trolls at ThinkProgress…
September 25th, 2008 at 1:23 pmPalin’s the quintessential moron, clear proof the republicans have no business governing.
September 25th, 2008 at 1:23 pm“She’s not always responsive when she’s asked questions,” Couric said of Palin.
- - Deference Katie, deference.
September 25th, 2008 at 1:23 pmIs this the best VP candidate that the Republican Party has to offer? If I were a Republican I would be deeply embarased by her performance. She is so out of her league.
September 25th, 2008 at 1:25 pmYour modern conservative movement: All nonsense, all the time.
Hey, did you here that John McCain was a POW, and Sarah Palin once shot a moose? The right leaders, at the right time NOT!
September 25th, 2008 at 1:25 pmMan, I can’t wait for these debates. I really can’t.
September 25th, 2008 at 1:25 pmFred Says:
So health care reform and reducing taxes and reining in spending has got to accompany tax reductions.
Can someone interpret this please.
I think what she said was “… reducing taxes… has got to accompany tax reductions.”
I guess you can’t really argue with that logic.
LMAO!!!!

September 25th, 2008 at 1:26 pmThis really scares me. We have an absolute idiot selected by McCain as his running mate. My God, I can speak more intelligently to the issues than she can and represent McCain’s positions far more persuasively. Talk about an empty dress, Palin fills the bill.
It really makes you wonder how the conservative wing can continue their support. It is one thing to support a right wing nut job who has some actual qualification, but it is quite different to have an absolute moron. Perhaps that is why we are beginning to see some very conservative pundits (Will, the Washington Times) starting to undercut McCain in order to cause a loss at the polls without a total rout. This is a very dangerous game. What happens should this dynamic duo become elected? Are they not concerned about the survival of this nation? God, what a joke for a campaign slogan - Country First.
September 25th, 2008 at 1:26 pmThis is your Chatty Sarah doll! Pull her string and she says 11 different phrases!
September 25th, 2008 at 1:26 pmFred - those are FUNGIBLE commodities, you know, where you track the molecules.

September 25th, 2008 at 1:27 pmDear God: she is SO woefully unprepared to engage in a soft interview! A conversation, really. Babble, babble…
I will credit her with this: she appears to have invented a new paradigm - circular illogic. Nothing in that incoherent statement makes any sense, in the aggregate. Little makes any sense on a point by point basis. She is in over her head, literally drowning in front of our eyes.
Who the hell thought that she would be seen as prepared to be Vice President or ascend to the office of President, should that be necessary?
September 25th, 2008 at 1:29 pmBwaaahhaaaaa…..!!!!!
September 25th, 2008 at 1:29 pm“US legislators reach “fundamental agreement” on plan to bail out Wall Street, top Democratic Senator Christopher Dodd says.”
I wonder how much sooner it would have been accomplished if McCain didn’t pull his stunt and send all the Congress peeps out to do press conferences about it…
Looking forward to whatever happens at tomorrow’s debate!
September 25th, 2008 at 1:31 pmPalin’s a joke and the way she’s putting the so-called woman’s movement back decades.
I mean, really, would the leader of Pakistan say to Joe Biden, “You’re even more handsome in person! (and please cross your legs again)”?
September 25th, 2008 at 1:31 pmmargerine Says:
Man, I can’t wait for these debates. I really can’t.
Precisely the reason the McSpin campaign wants you to wait.
Am I missing something? Does the GOP plan a bait-and-switch, say MacGyver replacing McCain? Alice from the Brady Bunch replacing Palips?
September 25th, 2008 at 1:34 pmThis chick is toast…
September 25th, 2008 at 1:34 pmWow!
Two random current events intertwined in a sentence to appear as a coherent argument?
Here, let me try that.
Ultimately, it was the massive rains brought on by the aftermath of Ike that lead to the firing of the Lion’s Matt Millen.
September 25th, 2008 at 1:35 pmI expect to see the McCain campaign soon try to pull some creative maneuvers to control the debates.
September 25th, 2008 at 1:35 pmShe should used the techniques she used in the Gibson interview. The answers wouldn’t have made anymore sense, but more people wouldn’t have known that was the case, for example:
Breaking up normal speech patterns is an effective, was, should have, were an effective, so you really don’t notice what was missing from the statement.
September 25th, 2008 at 1:35 pmDang, she blew it. Everyone knows you end your Miss Trojan Moose interview Q &A with “…and World Peace.”
Now, she’s merely a caricature of a caricature.
September 25th, 2008 at 1:36 pmI just love the look on Katie’s face in the cut-away shots during Failin’ Palin’s responses. You can just see her saying to herself, “this woman is even dumber than everyone has been saying she is”.
September 25th, 2008 at 1:36 pmDidn’t I see something else like this on America’s Most Smartest Model?

September 25th, 2008 at 1:38 pmPreparation-H poster boy John McCain is afraid of the King of Late Night Dave Letterman!
And the 9to5 bubblegum chewing Palin ho is toast! I agree.
September 25th, 2008 at 1:39 pmOMFG - And McGonnaDieSoon and Moosejaw are on 9pts behind, WTF is wrong with the voters in this country?
She can’t even read her cheat notes correctly - this is insane that someone like this could even have a chance at the WH.
This is making us a laughing stock around the globe, I could see some village in Africa with one TV and a tape deck playing this over and over and the whole village laughing.
September 25th, 2008 at 1:39 pmPLEASE, repugs, keep that B!TCH in front of the cameras!
September 25th, 2008 at 1:39 pmShe is the iceberg to McCain’s Titanic…
(Titanic crock of BS, that is…)
Palin responded incoherently by claiming that the bailout would “help those who are concerned about health care reform.” Palin then appeared to look down at her notes and says, “Oh, it’s got to be all about job creation”:
OMG, she lost her place in her crib notes. Why did Couric allow her to bring notes into the interview. Isn’t that kind of like cheating? Are they going to allow her to bring notes into the debate?
September 25th, 2008 at 1:40 pmGallup Daily: Race Back to a Tie at 46% Each

.
September 25th, 2008 at 1:43 pmVerbalKint Says: I expect to see the McCain campaign soon try to pull some creative maneuvers to control the debates.
- - Umm, maybe you haven’t noticed but that started several days ago. McPalin already dumbed down the VP debate rules for Sarah and now Lindsey Graham is trying to substitute a presidential debate for the VP debate. The VP debate would then be rescheduled for a later date.
Yanno, like perhaps November 5th.

September 25th, 2008 at 1:46 pmPresident “Bobby”: Mr. Gardner, do you agree with Ben, or do you think that we can stimulate growth through temporary incentives?
[Long pause]
Chance the Gardener: As long as the roots are not severed, all is well. And all will be well in the garden.
President “Bobby”: In the garden.
Chance the Gardener: Yes. In the garden, growth has it seasons. First comes spring and summer, but then we have fall and winter. And then we get spring and summer again.
President “Bobby”: Spring and summer.
Chance the Gardener: Yes.
President “Bobby”: Then fall and winter.
Chance the Gardener: Yes.
Benjamin Rand: I think what our insightful young friend is saying is that we welcome the inevitable seasons of nature, but we’re upset by the seasons of our economy.
Chance the Gardener: Yes! There will be growth in the spring!
Benjamin Rand: Hmm!
Chance the Gardener: Hmm!
President “Bobby”: Hm. Well, Mr. Gardner, I must admit that is one of the most refreshing and optimistic statements I’ve heard in a very, very long time.
[Benjamin Rand applauds]
President “Bobby”: I admire your good, solid sense. That’s precisely what we lack on Capitol Hill.

The resetting of our economy is pushed off to the future and onto our nation’s youth. But someone’s getting their needs met.
It’s not your healthcare. Instead we witness another round of Corporafornication. A pox on all their houses!

http://hosted.ap.org/ dynamic/ stories/ P/ POLLS_CELL_PHONES?SITE=CONGRA&SECTION=HOME&TEMPLATE=DEFAULT
Looks like the people at Pew research have concluded that cell phone only users are a more one-sided demographic than they previously thought. Factoring them into polling could boost Obama’s numbers by several points.
September 25th, 2008 at 2:03 pmMan, that interview was like leaving the lid off a blender - everything mashed up, ground up, spit out, and flung all over the place.
This is scary. But what may be even scarier is that about 1/2 the people who hear this will either: a) not care that she can’t answer a question in a coherent manner, or b) will give her a free pass on this because, after all, who wouldn’t be a little confused in that situation, and this proves once again that Sarah is just like us!
So, no big whoop.
And still this train wreck could be a heartbeat away from the oval office. No amount of lipstick or fancy shoes in the world makes that a pretty picture.

For our trolls edification, here are the rest of the stats, Obama first then McCain:
Research 2000: 49 43

Rasmussen: 49 47
Gallup: 47 44
ABC/WaPo 52 43
WSJ/NBC 48 46
Fox News 45 39
What I find odd about Gallup is that they were 47 44 yesterday and today they are tied. I bet that means Gallup went back yesterday to interviewing equal numbers of Republicans and Democrats.
Never the less, Obama is way out ahead in the electoral college count so that’s what really counts.
Plus, these polls were taken before McBush’s last stunt. I doubt that it will help him in the polls.

NEW YORK (CNN) — “I have great, great confidence in our capital markets and in our financial institutions. Our financial institutions, banks and investment banks, are strong. Our capital markets are resilient. They’re efficient. They’re flexible.”
– Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson, March 16, 2008
“Our policy in this administration — laws shouldn’t bail out lenders, laws shouldn’t help speculators.”
– President Bush, May 19, 2008
“Our economy has continued growing, consumers are spending, business are investing, exports continue increasing and American productivity remains strong. We can have confidence in the long-term foundation of our economy…I think the system basically is sound. I truly do.”
– President Bush, July 15, 2008
September 25th, 2008 at 2:19 pmOk, latest news on the bailout. The Democrats have come to an agreement, but Boner says “not so fast”. Boner is going to try to stall an agreement past tomorrow to give McBush an excuse to miss the debate.

Johnny B. Goode!
Deep down in Arizona close to Mexico
Way back up in the cactuses where it never snows
There stood an ancient mansion made of gold and wood
Where lived a a corrupt politician named Johnny B Goode
Who’d never learned the difference between Sunni or Shia so well
But he could pretend to chase Osama to the gates of Hell
Go! Go! Go! Johnny!
Go! Go! Go! Johnny!
Go! Go! Go! Johnny!
Go! Go! Go! Johnny!
Go! Go! Johnny B. Goode!
He used to carry his bribe money in a gunnysack
Go sit beneath a tree and count his Keating kickbacks
Old lobbyist on K street would see him sittin’ in the shade
Laughing at the doubletalk and flip flops he made
The people passed him by they would stop and say
Oh my but that little old mummy really hates the gays
Go! Go! Go! Johnny!
Go! Go! Go! Johnny!
Go! Go! Go! Johnny!
Go! Go! Go! Johnny!
Go! Go! Johnny B. Goode!
Once upon time the state of Arizona couldn’t host a superbowl
Because it was legislated by a group of white supremacist trolls
The bigots were led by an angry fascist who was a goose-stepping man
A millionaire, senator who belonged to the Klu Klux Klan
Johnny B Goode was a maverick when it came to recognizing MLK
So the old cracker donned his klan robe and voted against a holiday
Go! Go! Go! Johnny!
Go! Go! Go! Johnny!
Go! Go! Go! Johnny!
Go! Go! Go! Johnny!
Go! Go! Johnny B. Goode!
His mother told him someday you will be an old man
And you will be the leader of a murderous criminal clan
Many people will be blown to bits from miles around
To see you launch the nukes and take us all down
Maybe some day you will make mushroom clouds so bright
Sayin’ “Johnny B Goode pushed the button tonight”
Go! Go! Go! Johnny!

Palin sez: …”Every american that I’ve been speaking with”…
Oh, when did that start?
September 25th, 2008 at 2:57 pmWhen Dan Quayle was campaigning for the second term, he had a stop in our New Hampshire town.
Husband has yet to let me live down the fact that I encouraged him to accompany me, ’cause I thought even if I’m not supporting his ticket, it’s still a slice of history.
Here’s how small a sliver we were treated to: After waiting outside the Town Hall for an extended time (in cold weather), the lovely vice president emerged from the Town Hall, waved to the gathered assembly and shouted:
“Let the snow begin!”
With that, he was whisked away in the motorcade.
It seems we’ve come full circle.
September 25th, 2008 at 2:58 pm… and by “his ticket” I meant Quayle’s, not Husband’s.

D0VVNT0VVN (26 minutes ago) Show Hide Marked as spam Couric is a liberal activist. She has had Bill and Hillary Clinton at her house for a “sleepover”. Since becoming co-host of NBCs Today in April 1991, Katie Couric has often used her perch to salute her liberal heroes (including Hillary Clinton and Jimmy Carter) or complain about “right-wing conservatives.” In her years on Today, Shes lectured Charlton Heston about the need for gun control, championed the need for campaign finance “reform,” and even touted the wonders of Frances nanny state.
redstate82 (58 minutes ago) Show Hide -1 Marked as spam I like Palin, and will be voting for she and McCain in November but she got that last question wrong. Much of this problem should rest on the shoulders of the American public because we have become a society of greed. We want to live in houses and drive cars that we cannot afford. We need to live within our means. Wall Street and the American people should both be held accountable for these turbulent times.

No, this is no longer funny. Especially when you consider the number of supposedly rational adults who aren’t frightened by the prospect of this person being a heartbeat away from the presidency.
But even though it’s not funny, it’s oddly compelling. Like watching a major hurricane about to slam into the Texas coast. You know the outcome will be horrible, yet you stay glued to the teevee.

Puzzles me why McCain didnt pick Romney instead of this embarrassing ignoramus when he knows this election is all about the economy.
_______________________________________________________
I think I can tell you exactly why McCain picked Palin, and why he announced it when he did.
On Thursday August 28, Barack Obama accepted the presidential nomination of his party with an inspiring speech in front of a stadium full of listeners (as well as many millions of people watching at home).
McCain HAD to suck all the wind out of Obama’s sails as well as deaden his post-convention bounce. The only way he could do this was to knock Obama off the front page.
Therefore, he played the biggest chip he had left in his pocket — the announcement of a running mate — as soon as possible after Obama’s speech.
If McCain had chosen somebody predictable, like Romney, it would scarcely made a ripple, since that was what people were expecting.
So he had to make a choice that would leave the country slackjawed. Enter Sarah Palin. AKA “Sarah who?”
It worked. Obama became old news fast. Palin became a star overnight. She was a primary point of interest going into the GOP convention, and McCain got a nice post-convention bounce.
Unfortunately, McCain is now stuck with her. The initial glow faded quickly, and Palin is now one of the greatest liabilities of the campaign.
But McCain goes for stunts in an effort to boost his sagging numbers (like the one yesterday about suspending his campaign). He hasn’t yet learned that stunts often backfire.
September 25th, 2008 at 3:26 pmToday in Doonesbury, a girl is reading the instructions for her new Sarah Palin action figure: “If you play the sound bites enough times, after a while they will actually sound true.”

September 25th, 2008 at 6:11 pmTP Staff,
Not to sound like an unappreciative dick, because I love you guys and you do great work, but could you perhaps be sure to use ellipses in the above-the-fold transcripts when you, ya know, cut things out.
I’m not a below-the-fold kinda guy, mostly because of my slow dial-up connection (no, I do not live in a cave — I’m just poor,) so I rely on the accuracy of the front page when I tell my friends and family about stuff. I just don’t want to accidentally misrepresent anything (and in this case, the partial transcript makes her look waaaaay less crazy then she actually is in the clip.)
I caught this one because the transcript sounded so funny that I downloaded the youtube (took for-ev-er.) But I don’t want you or me to be accused of chopping a quote, now or in the future.
Thanks,

wow.

BINGO!!!! (even if a Freudian slip). Porkbarrel palin tells the truth. The “bailout” is to so strap the Government and Americans that Healthcare reform can not be enacted. Its the republicans parting “gift” to make sure Americans do not have the resources for the programs they actually want.

I’ve known quite a few German Shepherds that make a lot more sense when interviewed! Couric was impressed with this babble?
September 25th, 2008 at 7:51 pmI never thought I would see it happen, but the Rethugs have managed to find someone who almost makes George Bush look like a freaking Rhodes Scholar.
We’ve already had to waste nearly 8 years listening to someone who could barely manage to string more than 2 words together to make a barely coherent sentence…please, no more!
September 25th, 2008 at 8:47 pmkatie’s face was priceless she looked like WTF are you saying.
September 25th, 2008 at 9:41 pmThe tragic reality is that the “born again” contingent that believes she is a true gift from God in their efforts to take over the government and put “Jesus” in the President’s easy chair, are not interested in whether or not Ms. Palin makes sense, shows intelligence, or knows anything about government operations. Their only concern is whether or not she is “born again” and loves Jesus. I would hope the American voters will remember the last 8 years with a “burn agin” at the helm and vote accordingly. Personally, I can hardly believe her “love for Jesus” can possibly be genuine, since her “love for Sarah” would seem to overshadow her avowed Love for Jesus.
September 25th, 2008 at 10:34 pmPalin truly is post turtle—and John McCain is the one who put her on the post.
September 25th, 2008 at 11:18 pmThe whole interview is a disaster. The end.
September 26th, 2008 at 8:24 pmOh. My. God.
Trainwreck…..thy name is Palin.
September 27th, 2008 at 12:32 amMcCain is gambling that the ‘born again’ contingent will give him the presidency… and it actually might. They will vote ‘en masse’ for this pea brain regardless of competence. Once fired up, you’re dealing with a very motivated group here. Twice they helped G.W. to the white house.
The republicans have recognized that tapping into the evangelists may appear desperate, but in the end, it is a solution that gets you to power.
Unfortunately, the destructive impact on the secularity of the U.S.A. and stability of the world is the least of their concerns. If McCain wins you can kiss what’s left of church/state separation goodbye..
This is the new America… where a Palin McCain ticket can win. (How did she become governor again ?)
What is really killing america is voter apathy.
September 27th, 2008 at 12:17 pmSecular said:
Well, sir, that is very rude.
Governor Palin may not have all sorts of book-learning, but she knows the one Book that matters . . . the one from God!
She’s planning Operation Rapture, and let me tell you, members of the Paliban like me and other Christians will be the ones Saved from the nuclear Apocalypse, not unbelievers! I have it on good authority that President Palin will NOT be bringing unbelievers to the Refuge State of Alaska before dropping the bomb, NO SIR!
Now, the good folks over at CBS removed this portion from the transcript. Look at their website and see for yourself! They thought it just looked silly. Why are you people posting it here? Are you trying to make Governor Palin look stupid?
As I said, she knows the one Book she needs, to get MY vote!
September 28th, 2008 at 1:53 amThe transcript is inaccurate. Palin’s use of the word “all” has been curiously omitted in this sentence: “It’s got to be all about job creation…”
The totality is important, because it reflects her apparent faith in a discredited economic theory known as supply-side or “trickle-down” which holds that to help everyone, the government needs only to allow the rich to have more money, who will use it to create jobs. The opposite is true: only the lower and middle class can be depended on to to spend it on products and services, thereby creating jobs. The wealthy are more likely to tie money up or spend and invest it abroad instead of America.
September 28th, 2008 at 6:51 pmI watched this the other day, and it is clear that Palin has said to reduce (both) taxes and (reduce) reigning in spending. She was also very clear earlier in the interview (not shown) that part of tax reduction is to “reduce spending”, thus “reduce reigning in spending.” Reducing reigning in spending and tax reductions would thus mean greater job creation. When companies and “the people” (thus we the people in the Declaration of Independence)have more money in their pockets from their income instead of being “over-taxed,” then companis can hire more people, and there is thus greter job creation. This is all very obvious and simple, and it is being distorted, as usual. She has made it very clear in many other venues that she believes in less government and more independence for the people (and tax reductions from wasteful spending of tax dollars money). I am not sure, other than this is a liberal website, why this is being distorted, twisted, and perverted, as it is. She has made her position clear, and Katie Couric, by the way, appears as a very unbecoming and cold person, in her demeanor and attitude toward Sarah… her dislike of her from the inception of the interview is obvious, and there is obviously media bias here. Would you rather have a great communicator with poor character, or great character and integrity (and values) in a person. The choice is obvious…
September 29th, 2008 at 2:28 amBy the way, it is tax reductions for lower and middle income people, because when there is no wasteful spending from the government, the money is directly in the people’s pockets (all Americans form every economic status) and can spend their money on products and services the waythey choose instead of allowing the government to spend it for them. Being taxed 20 or 25 % of income, or no income tax at all and just paying sales tax (as the Founding Fathers had established our tax system) is a lot better than being taxed 35 to 40% of income. Our tax system is too high as it is right now and needs to be reduced for ALL Americans, and this is what Sarah Palin is referring!!
September 29th, 2008 at 2:36 amoops, I mean ALL Americans “From” every economic status would have tax reductions versus all Americans “form” every economic status (sorry, typo).
