But, even if she kept everything she owned before she married him, anything they have earned since they were married is half his since Arizona is a community property state. That brings up an interesting question. What if they moved to a state that did not have community property laws? Which state would apply to a divorce? I really do wish that the MSM would print stuff like this. It would really show the people on Main Street who and what McCain is all about.
