Harriet should have been tossed in jail long ago for her decision to defy subpoenas. In fact, everyone who defied subpoenas should have been tossed in jail. Those who failed to jail these people are themselves under-cutting our legal system.

Now that Harriet and others have gone this far, investigators/prosecutors should back off until after the inauguration of Obama. After that they will have access to evidence and testimony previously withheld by the administration and they can establish the wrongdoing of these people and throw them in jail for a long time.

Any normal citizen refusing to cooperate with a subpoena would be thrown in jail. Any normal citizen who instructed someone else to not coop would be thrown in jail. But, like Nixon said, If the pres does it its not illegal.
