Considering that older Americans supply a lot of McSame’s base, this seems like a bad move for McCain.

He wants to weaken healthcare. he’s already said that Social Security will weaken.

Of course, if healthcare is bad enough that a lot of people die before retirement, SS may make it.

First, there is not, and given average economic growth in the future, there will never be a Social Security problem that needs a solution.

Further, if $700B appears almost instantly for Wall Street pigs, then certainly any future government can find the funds to make up any Social Security shortfall.

And, for any wingnut who believes it is a good idea to invest in individual accounts instead of Social Security, think about the people just about to retire and the stock market. That is, THINK AGAIN!!!
