This just shows America how desperate the wingnuts are to keep the W.H.Fux news hasn`t got the BRASS to challenge Johnny or Palin on the legitimacy of the pipeline and all of the red tape it has to go through to get built, she has no credibility at all and Johnny has lost his mind completely for this election.

My Fellow Prisoners, I’ve worked in the utility business for 15 years…I’ve literally buried enough pipe to know a little something about energy myself…oh, that plus engineering school helped just a teensy bit. I wouldn’t call myself an expert, but I’ll go head-to-head with her on the subject…I’m gettin’ all mavricky right now and challenging her to a debate on the topic…BRING IT BEE-OTCH!

Perhaps Mrs. Failin(g)has buried alot of pipe too…just not literally. As everyone knows, energy expertise is taught in Journalism school…right after “flute lessons”…

It’s about the closest thing she has to any qualification whatsoever. But they insist on ruining her only positive with the moronic suggestion that she knows “more than anyone else”. This was not an interview. It was a McCain infomercial and under the equal time rule, Obama should get equal time, free of charge (assuming McCain didn’t pay anything). This was not a bona fide interview.

The equal-time rule specifies that U.S. radio and television broadcast stations must provide an equivalent opportunity to any opposing political candidates who might request it. This means, for example that if a station gives one free minute to a candidate on the prime time, it must do the same to another.

However, there are four exceptions: if the air-time was in a documentary, bona fide news interview, scheduled newscast or an on-the-spot news event the equal-time rule is not valid. Since 1983, political debates not hosted by the media station are considered news events, thus may include only major-party candidates without having to offer air time to minor-party or independent candidates.
