Maddow: Fox has invited me on a show only once — after Madonna and Britney Spears kissed.
In an interview to be published in Sunday’s New York Times, MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow, who is openly gay, reveals that the only time Fox News tried to bring her on a show was to comment on Madonna and Britney Spears’ infamous kiss:
Favorite Fox News put-down: “I don’t talk much about Fox. That’s more Keith Olbermann, but the only time Fox tried to book me on a show—ever—was for me to comment on Madonna and Britney Spears having kissed at an awards ceremony. I declined.”

Olbermann from sportscasting. Maddow from Olbermann. MSNBC from Microsoft + NBC (and progressive politics sprang up from that! whoa!).
I’m just glad we have her now. I tune in every night, more often than Keith even now. Go Rachel!

Maddow came from Air America, and before that broadcast radio in the Five College Radio area, Northampton/Amherst, MA. And before that from a Rhodes scholarship and a Ph.D in political science, and before that a degree from Stanford.

FOX Noise should be subject to a permanent boycott! They aren’t a legitimate news organization. Just a den of corporate media-prostitutes and low-browed sociopaths.
