Yeah as a conductor we are paid based on the miles we run I have the seniority to hold a long run. I could make more but then I would have to work more often. I only work about twice a week.

Sure I am a Conductor on the BNSF Railroad. I make better than a hundred grand a year with great benifits, five weeks a year paid vacation, a good pension, we are not oversupervised. In fact I see the Superintendent about every six months he calls me by my first name. In the more than thirty years I have had this job I have never ONCE had to kiss anybodys butt.
