You really are a moron Timmeh. No Obamas non association with Ayers doesnt bother me nor does any association with Rashid. A professor at Columbia. The only sin I have seen him accused of is being critical of Israeli Foriegn policy and supporting Palestinian rights. Since there are groups IN ISRAEL that do the same thing I really dont see the problem. I do often wonder though why there is a bigger discussion IN ISRAEL about Israeli foriegn policy than in the US but if ANYBODY here dares to criticise Israel they are accusd of being terrorists or terrorist sympathizers. At least by the hivemind masters who do the thinking for you hivemind MORONS

>Palin’s wardrobe is a major concern with you folks?

she claims shes white trash just like the votes of the peple shes desparately seeking. most white trash dont spend ever see 150,000 $ thier entire life, let alone spend it on clothes...kinda torpedoes her "sarah sixpack" argument dont you think?

>Obama’s ties to Rashid Khalidi and William Ayers are not a >major concern with you folks?

Does Palins husbands membership in a group that despises america and advocates violent succession bother you? Does it bother you that Palin recorded a political message for that same group?

Does Palin attnending a church whose pastor hunts "witches" and has them murdered in africa, and who and tells his flock that "suicide bombings are the jews are being punished by god for trying to make peace" bother you?

Does Donald Rumsfeld ties to Saddam Hussien bother you?

Does McCain's support for a man who gave domestic terrorists advice on how to kill federal agennts bother you?

I wonder what the rental value of 150,000 $ worth of clothes she claims shes just "borrorowing" is? And I wonder if shes going to list that rental value on her income tax next year? Letting someone rent you something something for free is considered income equal to the rental value of the item in question....bloggers and accountants of TP, start digging...

So, let me get this straight.

Palin's wardrobe is a major concern with you folks?

Obama's ties to Rashid Khalidi and William Ayers are not a major concern with you folks?

Obama and Biden want social justice and to enforce this justice they propose raising taxes on working people and business. However, despite the millions that both have raked in, both of their personal charitable contributions are under 1 percent combined. Bidens was a paltry 3000+

Those two love to help the poor but only when it is with other people's money.

The problem with the Neiman-Marcus wardrobe and Gucci bag for a 7 year old is this bunch of liars pretend to be one of the average taxpayers. So repubs are panicked because Obama might raise their taxes, well at least Obama is planning to put the money into social programs not on Michelle's back.

Who do you think will be paying for palin and family's wardrobe?

Am I the only person who’s not getting really worked up about Sarah Palin’s clothes?

I could care less if she wore blue overalls.
What strikes me is the purchase of the clothes by either the campaign or the RNC directly violates the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act of 2002 or McCain-Feingold campaign reform act which McCain cosponsored and supposedly helped write.

stateofthedivision Says:
RNC buys Palin’s clothes while the NRCC paid for Chris Ward’s home reonvations. Republican donors must be horrified by the lack of care shown their political donations.

And both are a violation of campaign finance law. But, nothing will happen because of it. Bush won't fill the empty seats on the commission that oversee's campaign finance spending, so there's no one there to find them guilty of violating the law.

At least not the money part of it — since I contributed no money to the campaign or to the RNC, it’s not my money.

McCain took public campaign funds. Taxpayers definitely bought Sarah's duds. And I'm not buying the "donation" story, either. A VP needs a wardrobe, doesn't she? The donation concept came up after she got caught.

misshusseinmolly Says:
Am I the only person who’s not getting really worked up about Sarah Palin’s clothes? At least not the money part of it — since I contributed no money to the campaign or to the RNC, it’s not my money.

I'm sorry missmolly, but you may be wrong on this one. If the McCain campaign paid for the clothes (which is what I suspect is true), then some of your money did go into purchasing the clothing if you checked the box on your tax form to donate to campaign financing.

I makes me mad as hell that McCain is using all that public money to run such a nasty and destructive campaign. It almost makes me want to never check that box again.
