Certainly this lack describes some of the people in the U.S., and some of those people are poor and some are not.

Are TPers, those posting previous to bit’s post, saying that there are no consequences when some people lack values, morals, and ethics.

bit believes that Cunningham’s statement is accurate; however, bit doesn’t think all poor people who lack values, morals, and ethics are bad people. Though some are, bit’s experience is that most are just ignorant about values, morals, and ethics. No one taught them, and what they were taught, in many cases, was that behavior was without consequences and that belief was unimportant.

If people aren’t taught that they are accountable to God, then they’re simply not accountable to anyone or anything. It’s bit’s opinion that this is one of the unintended consequences of removing God from the public schools.

OTOH, there are those who do have values, morals, and ethics, and they chose to ignore them or they chose to use them against others.

Manipulating someone with their beliefs is reprehensible behavior.

As a social worker, I am appalled as how the Palin children are being raised. Why are they not in school?!! Trig should be in an early intervention program which will stimulate him. I have worked with folks with Down Syndrome. Intervention makes all the different. They tote him around like some doll.

Being financial poor is caused by the greedy rich (what is it 1%?) a hierarchy. repugs tax, make deals, start self-serving wars, truck in tons of money to far away places to give away, decimate, loot a country blind and all with our tax dollars (well these assh keep the spoils as souvenirs.)

That’s a big problem with repugs, they believe our money is their play money.

These asshls repugs believe liberals are tax and spenders. Both parties tax but one party spends on making mankind better and the other spends to make mankind bitter.

BTW–One poster posted that MSNBC joe made her/him upset. I feel the same way. BBC is much much better, it’s like the realness of Sen. Obama.

It’s typical for rich people to hate the poor. They often express hatred and contempt for the poor in their private gatherings. If poor people could hear what the rich say about them, they would hang them all.

I don’t know any rich people. I know a lot of middle class people.

Th middle class people I know fall into two basic groups on this issue:

Liberal Democratic middle class people tend to lump themselves with the poor on issues as far as wanting good jobs, health care, ect.

Right-wing Republican middle class people tend to hate the poor, detest themselves, and worship the elite uber-wealthy.

Oh yeah! I don’t have to wait any longer. Now, I can vote to save the poor slobs!
