Bayh happens to be right. Lieberman followed his heart and put country ahead of party. Many liberals did not approve of or vote for the fraud known as Obama.

FYI, the Dems did not get the 60 seats they needed to avoid a filibuster. They need Lieberman.

Joe will be given a lesser role than the powerful position he has now, whatever it is, they’ll come to an agreement on it.

As for the mention above of a “caucus” vote to solve the issue, maybe they can corrupt and manipulate that outcome just as they did the primaries that handed the no resume, no qualifications unvetted Obama the nomination and stole it from the person who had the majority of actual votes.

As for the poster half way up the page who dares to refer to anyone as being stupid, you, as others, show yourself as foolish when you can’t even correctly spell words such as “lying” instead of the 3rd grade incompetence you post with “lieing”.

If Lieberman has to THREATEN people to keep his position, he doesn’t deserve it.

This isn’t about an inappropriate vote in a committee meeting, or even a faux pas. This is about a Senator who did everything he could to sabotage the Democratic Party during a national election.

I can’t believe this is even up for discussion. Why in the name of God would you want a known turncoat privy to the caucus discussions? Does Bayh actually TRUST him? Does anybody think he won’t be doing the exact same thing in 2012? Then again, maybe Obama will nuke Iran to get on Joe’s good side…NOT.

Agreed. Lieberman and Rahm Ezekiel (Emanuel) should just simply move to Israel. It is also true that Obama and Lieberman are similar. Looking at their voting records, they go along with the War/Surveillance/Extortion Party at almost every issue.

Keep up the pressure and observation of the new president, since many Democrats will let him get away with his pro-corporate and pro-Israeli direction. In 6 months, we all will see what direction Obama goes.

Which would only prove the man has absolutely no real principles, and only caucused with the Dems from the beginning because of politics. This cycle isn’t the first time the guy was willing to betray his fellow Democrats. Check this out:
