Obama is intelligent and thoughtful. I, for one, feel like writing statesmen again. I’d like to recommend Dennis Kucinich for the State Department. The people of the world would be in love. Crank up the Department of Peace. Appoint actual diplomats to key positions as Ambassadors—not cronies, children of cronies, or Salvador Option types.

I’m happy as a clam with the potential for an administration that is reasonable and not showing any sociopathic tendencies. The bar has been so low that that’s a BIG step, and one absolutely necessary to the restoration of national sanity and social/economic justice.
