YES, the woman is like a car accident. The few times I have driven past bad wrecks, I have felt sadness and sympathy for the parties involved combined with relief that I was not involved in the wreck, that none of my loved ones were in the wreck.

With regards to the Palin wreckage, I feel NO sympathy for this woman’s dashed ambitions and A LOT of relief that the country in which I live does NOT feature a Vice President or -gasp- President Palin. It’s incredibly uplifting.

I am taking my time rubbernecking past the smash-up of Palin’s hopes and savoring every moment.

Interesting idea. And may I add that Palin also seems to be the equivalent of Tammy Faye Baker in logic also ? It doesn’t matter what the facts are, because I know better ?

Not to mention, that there is the potential that their religious beliefs have a basic similarity ?

She’s like the white girl who was killed on an island in the Caribbean. They will milk her dry and then leave her when she has no more shock value.
