I am new hear, so I am trying to get caught up on the posts.

But from what I’ve read so far, most of you think Colmes
was NOT LIBERAL ENOUGH ??!!!

Is that correct ?
WOW.
That man is just about as far left as you can go. Would you prefer some one farther left ?

Al Gore ?
Tim Robbins ?
Al Frankin ?

Who would better represent your core beliefs ?

Watcher confused by so many lies. The scandalous argument between H&C was in August and it was Colmes comparison of Edwards and McCain’s marital infidelity. I found it! Newshounds.us still has the video. Search for “Colmes firestorm”. See Hannity almost explode when his scripted scenario collapses. Also see a link in their article to Colmes blog. In that thread way down at 4:32AM Alan writes;

After the show Sean ran into the studio’s bathroom yelling and screaming for Management and his Lawyers (guess he needed to check over the small print to see where it says I have a right to criticize him, guess what? Watcher, I remember hearing about the on-air tiff re: Ayres. I loved you telling us that Hannity the Twit throwing a snit over it. Maybe Colmes really has gotten fed up with the obnoxious and overbearing Hannity. But it’s more likely that management put Colmes in his place for upsetting the mighty Hannity and Colmes said the hell with it.

My first thought was that we heard everything about Hannity’s fat new contract but we heard nothing about a pay boost for the designated punching bag Colmes. Being dissed as the low paid sidekick could have been too much. I thought that was more likely than Colmes suddenly becoming a man and walking away from the abuse.

I suspected this was coming. I can’t find the exact page on Alan Colmes’ blog but about a month ago he got into a tiff with Hannity on the air about the Obama/Ayres association. Colmes momentarily got some courage and stood up to Hannity. Colmes later wrote on his blog that Hannity was furious and locked himself in the dressing room bathroom demanding to see his lawyer and the producer before he came out. The next day the lawyers confirmed that Colmes’ contract permitted him to disagree with Hannity. Now this.

Getting the seat opposite Hannity would be a dubious position.
Who would want to have to deal with that partisan moron on a daily basis.
As for Sam Seder, he would hold his own, no doubt, and show up Hannity for the idiot that he is, but why would he subject himself to that?
