So why is Bush bothering to do these things. This is something that can easily be undone by Obama. Bush just won’t give up. He just has to foul the well as much as he can before he leaves.

Note to President to be Obama ~ MIT has made a breakthrough discovery that replicates the process plants use in photosynthesis. The process creates hydrogen from sunlight and air. Please spend at least a shitload of money pursuing this and fast track it into mass production. Thank you.
