Sabyen91 Says:
a hybrid of Ron Paul, Kucinich, Nader, McKinney, and Gravel.”

Which of these is not like the other. Hmmm?

They are all different than each other:

Ron Paul – A Republican who is more antiwar than most “Democrats”, want to dissolve the federal reserve, and a staunch 2nd Amendment advocate.

Dennis Kucinich – A Democrat who is antiwar, wants to dissolve the Federal Reserve, and was the #1 advocate of impeachment.

Ralph Nader – consumer advocate, antiwar, and calls corporatism for what it is.

Cynthia McKinney – Environmentally friendly and digs deeper into 9/11 than most Bush apologists.

Mike Gravel – Voted against the Gulf of Tonkin resolution and wrote the resolution to stop the Vietnam draft.

Of course there are many more difference between the five, but they call the Ruling Elite for what they are……A corporatocracy with Two Branches.

That detailed enough for you? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm?

I'm saying facts as who Obama is appointing and their history in relation to Pro-Zionism, Pro-Surveillance, Pro-War, and Pro-Wall Street, and that Obama's back peddling on his promises to the liberals that voted for him.

An opinion is different.

To Keltoi, yes I am a hybrid of Ron Paul, Kucinich, Nader, McKinney, and Gravel. We can keep trying instead of accepting the clowns the Democrats and Republicans AKA the Ruling Party keep heaving at us.

Well you'd have to show me those posts where I attacked you as I have no memory of doing so. Surely the Jersey City thing goes a long way to explain a few things. Now as to facts saying they are does not make them such. I don't mean to beat the dead horse but again I find it arrogant to suggest that simply becuase you keyboarded it makes it a fact. In general facts are sort of nebulous and many folks here confuse opinion for fact. Why do you presume to know who I voted for, if I voted or if I legally can? See these are the presumptions which trouble me.

Like I said, egos will get in the way, and just like the Bill Clinton supporters will rah-rah behind more wars, even though these people are the antithesis of Progressive thought.

See this:

Hm. Yeah, depressing. I can see why you are a Ron Paul supporter. Ye Gods, I'd take ANYBODY - Paul, Nader, Perot, Anderson - who could win as a 3rd party candidate. It just doesn't seem like it is possible for that to happen anymore...

Well, I am from Jersey City, and you don't get more Jersey than that.

I have seen you attack me from other posts, so tit-for-tat, if that is the game you want to play. If not, then I can engage in intelligent conversation, if you so choose.

If you ever check back on posts, I simply state facts, and those facts don't coincide with the standard liberal mindset.

And yes, people who support Corzine and his greedy little corporate plans are fools, much the same way, as I stated before, of the liberals who supported Johnson. Now if Obama sends the US to war with Pakistan and/or Iran, will you feel guilty you voted for him?

Keltoi at Night Says:

It will be interesting to see how the Obama administration changes the tone not just in DC but at TP as well.

Keltoi, thanks for the compliment. I see there are still a few independent thinkers left at TP.

But watch the Obama-ites and fake Progressives. They will hurl idiotic innuendos and childish epitaphs to make it seem like they are intelligent.

Hah! Well, that is a given, I offer the screeching at post #85 as exibit A.

For real, why do you go out of your way to be condescending. Do you have weird inner confidence issues? I have never called you a fool. I know plenty of folks in Jersey that actually like the dude. I suppose that makes them fools as well if you decree it so. I have no beef with you, I am just utterly perplex as to why you would want to present yourself in such a boorish manner. Braindead and fool strike me as childish epitaphs and innuendos. I am beginning to just think you are a phony as it is no real person would be so pompous as to suggest they are so much more learned than others. It is sort of obnoxious. Actually I just hung up the phone with someone from Jersey...
I trust you will ignore the point that I am making so we might as well move on. I have an idea. Why don't you tell everyone how everything is? That sure will be novile...

dbadass Says:

So Corzine is brain damaged becuase you disagree. You by virtue of age have decreed yourself a big picture viewer. Liberals are wrong because you say so. Somehow you believe that at some point in time you were “everyone’s darling” but now the enemy? With all respect, I don’t really see any irony. What I see is someone who might be taking themselves a little too seriously.

Ask anyone from New Jersey. He is well disliked, and a phony.

But, who was "deadly serious" when Bush was taking away rights and deadening the Constitution?

You remind me of the Liberals who thought Lyndon Johnson would stop Vietnam. Joke was on people like you.

Now!! HahahahaLOLOLOL!!

Funny isn't it? 58,000 dead Americans

Fool!!

Bilbo Hussein Baggins Says:
No Bilbo went back to work for a while. And I don’t find it at all unusual that you agree with RHF. I expect it.

Ironic when you consider it’s YOU that’s acting like him. I find it pathetic when Keltoi is more self aware than you are - poor thing…

I can't help but chuckle at this - all three of us wanting nothing to do with one another, yet we voluntarily come to this site to argue. Amusing.

Brain from Planet Arous, your post at #81 is dead on the mark. There are a lot of people here who are committed liberals and honest in their positions, but they have been strangely quiet of late. I think Obama's appointments are deeply distubing to them but they are either mourning silently or hoping his centrist cabinet/Bush holdovers are a head fake like Tweety says. Only time will tell.

What I see appears to be some degree of vanity. So Corzine is brain damaged becuase you disagree. You by virtue of age have decreed yourself a big picture viewer. Liberals are wrong because you say so. Somehow you believe that at some point in time you were "everyone's darling" but now the enemy? With all respect, I don't really see any irony. What I see is someone who might be taking themselves a little too seriously.

Well, dbadass, I have seen all presidents going back to Truman. Essentially, I am a cross-section of Liberal and Conservative ideas, which to me, makes me see the bigger picture. I find many of the people who post here as obnoxious as the ones at Freerepublic.

Sure, I can say, "You See", or "I was Correct", but that really doesn't matter. Now Ron Paul has great ideas on abolishing the Federal reserve AND he is Anti-War, which is more than I can say for Obama. What we have happening on TP is many people who voted for Obama because he was "The Lesser of Two Evils", taking the Wait and See approach. We are already witnessing his appointments, and they are not Progressives by any stretch of the imagination, contrary to what Brain-Damaged Corzine says.

Since when is it "Un-Progressive" to question authority, and Think For Yourself? If Obama comes around and helps out workers and underdogs, then all the better. But for Liberals to admit they were wrong is an Ego issue.

Funny how I was everyone's darling when I ripped Bush for two years straight. Now that I am applying the same observations for Obama, I am the Enemy.

Bush and Conservatives: "You are either with us or with the terrorists"

Obama supporters: "You are either for Obama or you are a Fascist/Conservative"

Do you see the irony in this?

I selected Ron Paul only because I expected it would get this result. To each their own. I just find some folks to be pretty presumtuous in their thinking. You're free to like whoever's ideas you wish but I question why you might think what you like or dislike is any better or worse than what anyone else may like, dislike, and think. I may very well be misreading you but that is the way it sort of comes across. You want to know something?

dbadass Says:

Oh like Ron Paul is the real deal…

Amazing that you will pick the one Conservative out of them as your target. I happen to like many of Ron Paul's ideas. That is what makes an independent. The ability to see the good and rotten in both the Left and Right.

I understand that Bush has made many Liberals loathe any Conservative, just the same as Clinton made many Conservatives loathe Liberals.

You want to know something? Clinton and Bush are on the same team.

The Ruling Elite, and you are not invited to their party.

You must first strain the Sterno through a piece of cloth to remove the impurities, before drinking.

You can thank me, after you sober up.

Do you ever discuss what a poster says instead of making some blathering comment that has no bearing in reality?

I didn't think so.

So you have already made up your mind. Some of us are willing to give the man a chance before we condemn him…….

Oh Yeah, all of the Pro-War, Pro-Zionist, Pro-Surveillance, and Pro-Wall Street people he is appointing will turn on a dime, and have an Epiphany.

DaTruth Says:

The pyramid has a left corner and a right corner. Liberals at the left and Conservatives to the right. At the top of the pyramid there’s only one corner. At the end of the day both liberals and conservatives serve the same master at the top. They just want you to believe this is a ‘democracy’, in reality it is a staged democracy.

It will become obvious to progressives as we make ‘progress’.

Yes. The Top of the Pyramid is the Ruling Elite and The War Party. The country is no longer George Washington or Eisenhower. It is a Corporate Feudal state, and the Left and The Right are in on it.
