In today’s White House press briefing, spokesperson Dana Perino addressed reporters who were skeptical of whether the auto bailout package would actually rescue the struggling industry. When asked if officials were simply “kicking the can down the road,” Perino became defensive and said that they have been “working with the Obama administration.” However, she quickly had to correct herself from admitting that the Bush administration is a lame duck and said, “I’m sorry, Obama team, not quite administration yet.” Watch it:
Just 18 percent of the public say they will miss Bush when he leaves office.
18%… They must be Barney the dog’s buddies. The 82% have Bush fatigue. Worst President ever.

December 11th, 2008 at 2:02 pm“Just 18 percent of the public say they will miss Bush when he leaves office.”
Well, count me in with the other 82% who will be happy as hell to see Bush and Cheney leave Washington. What a joyous day that will be.
December 11th, 2008 at 2:03 pm18%???? What’s WRONG with these people ? Are there THAT many mentally challenged people in the USA?
December 11th, 2008 at 2:04 pmProof that 18% of the populous are willing idiots.
Worst WAR CRIMINAL President Ever.
December 11th, 2008 at 2:05 pmOFF TOPIC, but just picked up the new Onion. Headline:
Supreme Court Overturns Bush V. Gore
Figures………
ROFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
December 11th, 2008 at 2:08 pmAre the 18% that will miss Bush, the same 18% (see previous posted story) that approve of Cheney?
What it tells me is that 18% of the population are making money off of Bush’s warmongering, racketeering and profiteering.
December 11th, 2008 at 2:08 pmJust 18 percent of the public say they will miss Bush when he leaves office.
Mostly professional comedians and other jokers.
December 11th, 2008 at 2:14 pmWho are the ignorant, mongoloid, inbred 18% ????????
December 11th, 2008 at 2:15 pmDammit. I hate it when someone nails a softball like that before I do.
Well done, jb. Off the top of the center-field wall. Stand-up triple.
December 11th, 2008 at 2:15 pmLame duck? Oh my mistake, I thought Dana called Bush a lame f@ck!

Nah , I don’t believe that. After January 20 there’s still going to be plenty to lampoon in the Obama Administration, the Republican opposition, and the braindead media and talking heads covering them.
Sadly, they won’t be lampooned by Rob Riggle, who’s retiring from The Daily Show this week. I’m quite sad about this.
December 11th, 2008 at 2:19 pmWho are those 18 percent who will miss Chimpy, and have they been sterilized yet?
December 11th, 2008 at 2:22 pm1 in 5 Americans suffer some type of mental health issue = 20%
December 11th, 2008 at 2:25 pm18% supporting Bush, in other words, are certifiably CRAZY!
The 18% figure just proves Lincoln was right. You can, indeed, fool some of the people all of the time. However the 82% who Won’t miss him also prove Lincoln right. You Cannot fool all of the people all of the time. Hurry up January 20th, so that we can all say goodbye to the Worst President Ever!
December 11th, 2008 at 2:25 pmImpeach, There’s Still Time!
Thanks Ralph, I hope the laughs the Obama administration will provide us end up being a whole lot funnier than the sick sad joke that is the Bush administration.
December 11th, 2008 at 2:25 pmSlightly OT, but can I just say how proud I am of my fellow countrymen and women? President-elect Obama’s approval ratings currently range from 67% to 78%, which means that many, many people who didn’t vote for him either approve of what they are seeing or are willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.
This is a HUGE step forward for this country, given the divisiveness of politics we’ve had to endure these last eight long year.
And in the spirit of the season, allow me to close once again with…
PEACE
December 11th, 2008 at 2:26 pmRant On:
I try to remain positive as Barack Obama will soon become our next president but although we may have a new commander in chief on January 20th, 2009.
But we still have the same, self serving, crooks and idiots in the house and senate who have overseen the financial and economic clusterphuck we are in, oh yeah and the lobbyists and corporations who still have their tentacles firmly wrapped around DC.
Congress can have all of the investigative hearings they want on the bankers, Wall Street, the Auto industry, Halliburton, KBR, etc, etc, at the taxpayers expense of course but we all know it is all political theater. Nothing will come of it, nobody will go to jail, they will all get their billion dollar bailouts while the Bush regime gets away with crimes against humanity and the American people continue to struggle to keep their homes, jobs… etc, etc…
Barack’s campaign message was all about change, well how about bailing out the citizens by giving each of us some change as in a $10,000.00 stimulus/bailout check!
Rant Off.

LMAO! My thoughts exactly! Too bad the lame phuck, oops I mean lame duck, doesn’t go hunting with his pal Dead Eye Darth Cheney.
39 days until the lame duck waddles out of our White House.
39 days until Cheney becomes a bad memory.
39 days until America becomes the ’shining beacon on a hill’ that is it’s destiny.
39 days until Barak Hussein Obama becomes our President.
Let’s all do what we can to help America become America again.
December 11th, 2008 at 2:36 pmJust 18 percent of the public say they will miss Bush when he leaves office.
Those 18% need to be lined up and shot.
December 11th, 2008 at 4:40 pmThe most honest admission the White House has ever made: The entire administration is so anti-progressive that it must rely on others to further its deplorable agenda.
