Don’t be stupid. Everything was created by the democrats. Bill Clinton created the ninja loans that created a bad banking system.
Now do I agree with every choice that Bush made, NO. But I am sorry, he was given a shitty hand of cards.
Obama is bad news. Rush is right about this being a conspiracy.
This recent healthcare, the first step towards universal health care, that is seen within the stimulus bill is a crock of shit. Not only does it make up a large portion of a bill that is supposed to help the economy, but it is an invasion of privacy.
Do people not understand that this will take away more jobs let alone create awful care for the American people.
Obama kept this from the public and tried to rush the bill to be passed without people finding this.
Obama and the Democrats are pulling a fast one on the American people. DO YOU BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO HELP THE ECONOMY? I think that they are trying to mold the country into what they want, not the people.
This was all planned when the large portion of money was moved out of the banking system in September.
It is sad that the goverment is so corrupt.

pathetic enought when White guys talk “street,” but a
white girl? Fooo–eeeeY! Guess what? Even if you’re
right–and your buds in power were wrong for eight
years, about EVERYTHING, so how likely is THAT?–it
will be four years before the GOP can take down the
white house, even if the they assassinate or impeach
Obama, Biden, Pelosi, the Senate’s pro temp, Hillary
and the REST of the cabinet all at once; it’ll be two
before they have a chance to retake Congress; so WHAT
will happen if “Obama fails,” as Rush and Hannity and
YOU all hope? The economy will keep tanking, and we’ll
ALL suffer, billionaire and pauper alike–people
worldwide will starve, freeze to death, lose their
homes; crime will skyrocket across the globe…are you
soooo fond of being “right”–by which you mean
“prescient(look it up, Tab, dictionary’s just a click
away)” or just “a lucking guesser” to HOPE for such
calamity?
At least Rush and Han are PAID to be mindless
blowhards, and Rush fell victim to addiction and
sexual maladjustment (see my post above);what’s YOUR
excuse?

Was I a Bush-hater in 2000? Yes. I felt he was
dishonest, lazy, ignorant, stupid, incompetent,
callous and arrogant–and his record as President
bears me out. Am I GLAD I was right? Did I WANT
Operation Iraqi Freedom to fail so disastrously after
“Mission Accomplished”–did I WANT thousands more of
my young countrymen, and 100,000 plus Iraqis, to
needlessly, pointlessly, painfully DIE? Did I want
MILLIONS of my fellow citizens to lose their homes,
jobs, savings? Did I “want Bush to fail”? NO. Because
I’m an American. I don’t believe my country has always
done right, but I still love my country, even when
it’s led by someone I depise. I WISH I’D BEEN WRONG
ABOUT BUSH. I will wish that till I die. Much as I
hate to question anyone’s patriotism, it’s time for
YOU to question YOURS

Of course limbaugh is peddling drivel but if gets any traction the [Obama-biased] media will have itself to blame. When the media takes such flagrant sides as the mainstream media has in his election, it opens the door for people like Limbaugh, Coulter, O’Reilly & company to spew nonsense. The mainstream media has sold its credibility. Now I laugh {& sometimes moan] when it comes to Limbaugh but I don’t trust the network media either. Think Progress. If some of the comments above mark progress, I guess the word has been redefined. While reading many of the comments above I have come to believe that progress now means childishly misspelling the names of people and world religions.

Name calling is not new, not progressive. Resisting the urge to call someone a name, now that is progressive. Engaging in a conversation and backing your opinions with platitudes, not progressive. Opinions based on facts, regardless of political bias, would still be progress.

I return to these types of forums looking for inspiration and original thought. There are a few gems here and there, but for the most part, I am disappointed. As a nation we seem to have lost the ability to think critically and objectively.

The buzzword of the day is “Change.” That doesn’t mean that only half of the nation must change, or that only certain races must change. It means everyone. The First Amendment protects your freedom of speech. Do what you can to protect the sanctity of the First Amendment and think…before you speak.

Well, Obviously Democrats won the white house since last time since the transfer of power to bush in 2000. I hated it when he took office and staged the war on terror. Muslims must get into their own interior religious affairs and root out the extremists. The same goes for catlick and pootestants, I mean they need to get a life. That is whats wrong in the world, to much wealth and power. If all poor people can get together, lets get the Land of the Free back. Lets bring all companies that offshored our good paying jobs overseas back in the U.S. soil. We need them to pay their fair share of taxes. Rush Limbaugh, I bet he has sneezed and farted at the same time. when he prolly smelt defeat of republicans in the office. they will be remembered as people who brought USA down. Lets get the elected officials out of office who are republicans and put in Independents. We need to get alot of Independents in office to show the dems and reps how to run a country. We need to change the laws in our constitution and repeal alot of acts that were pushed by Bush. we need to have the pardons overturned so we the american people can try the criminals. Most of all lets root out all poisons in our food chain so we as american people can live longer. Lets repeal the laws helping the banks. Lets make the rich banks pay back the bail out. lets make the people who tapped into the bail out pay back since they have tax havens. People, lets rally and get the Independents into office. I have said enough. God Bless America. Amen

This is for all of you die hard democrats out there. Remember this quote – and you will – by the time Obama leaves office it will have significance. Nikita Khruschev, 1959. For those of you who do not know who this is, he was the Soviet Leader. Here is his quote “We cannot expect the Americans to jump from capitalism to Communism, but we can assist their elected leaders in giving Americans small doses of socialism until they suddenly awake to find they have Communisim.” Those of you who are in their 20’s, 30’s and 40’s that think freedom is a given, well you better think again. Limbaugh is right on the money. He realizes that what is at stack here is our Capitalistic freedom. While you may not like those corporations, they are the ones paying your mortgages your car payment and money for your childrens education. The govenment should not have anything to do with our corporations in this country and lowering taxes on them should be a given. We should not be working for the government, the government should be working for us. That is called a free society. Get some books on Hitler and read what he has to say. Then go back and listen to some of Obama’s messages when he was on the stump. It is a very similar message. Lord help us all if you driven democrats do not wake up out there.

Notice how the central argument of Mr. Westrich and most of the poster-s here on this board do not include a refutation of Limbaugh’s thesis, that of the nationalization of the mortage and automobile industries. The prospect of this should frighten everyone very very very much.

The government does not know how to build cars. Therefore they should not be in the business of regulating how they are made. The government does not know how to make them, market them, or sell them and, if nationalization is attempted, it will fail miserably.

The government does not know thing number one about how to make a mortgage loan (for evidence, look at the sink-hole called Social Security, which has been run by both Dems and Repubs since its inception).
