Today's new soldiers are products of a dumbed downed Ronny Reagan public education system that starts the brainwashing process early in life and leaves all young people less equipped to see truth. Therefore I do passively support Presidential Pardons for most convicted soldiers. No, he didn’t make a bad call and then tried to cover it up. He was ordered to do so. And now he’s a scapegoat for his commanding officer.
