Actually, what’s really eating at Cheney is that Libby got convicted while Rove went free (for now). He complained to Bush about how “his guy” was hanging in the wind while Rove was free.

I thought it was weird how they they throw loyal scapegoats under the bus and then whine that it was unfair that their loyal scapegoats got punished by the justice system. Your explanation makes sense; Cheney wanted someone else’s pet scapegoat to be sacrificed, rather than his.

Of course, maybe they should consider not telling people to do illegal things. That might work.

if you are really an atheist how can you think islam is any more or less ridiculous then christianity, judaism or any other religion. there are also many parts in the bible that preach about what should be done with non-believers (often it was kill them)

i see violence and peace in both christianity and islam, and i don’t understand an atheist who thinks christianity is more reasonable then islam because jesus preached peace.
