Porn star to challenge Vitter for U.S. Senate.
CNN reports that adult film star Stormy Daniels may be considering a Senate run against Sen. David Vitter (R-LA). Vitter, who was involved in the D.C. Madam prostitution ring, prides himself as being conservative on social issues. When asked about a possible senate run against Vitter, Daniels took a swipe at Vitter:
“I don’t see how I can possibly embarrass him more than he already embarrassed himself…Honestly, I’m not sure I’m willing to take the pay cut that comes with being a senator.”
This year, an ad appeared on Craigslist seeking “a female in some aspect of the adult-entertainment industry” to run against Vitter, reports Max Blumenthal.

I counted at least 3 times that Obama spoke to a lack of credibility coming from the conservatives siting the trillion dollar deficit they just handed over to him.

I listen to Hartmann every day, sometimes on KPOJ and sometimes NovaM. I moved off Air America with Randi, only coming back for Rachel Maddow, now she’s gone too. So I can’t have both Hartmann and Ed Schultz live, as they are on at the same time. Schultz is tape delayed on KPOJ, following Hartmann, but that is opposite Randi. We need more air time!
This reminds me of Jack Cafferty disappearing from CNN right before the election, then showing up with a few days to go. I started reading the link you gave. Guess I could have found it myself if I hadn’t been lazy. Thanks again.

Once again, Randi Rhodes is MIA from her syndicated talk show. She’d been off the air since last Wednesday, Feb. 4.
According to the Radio Equalizer blog site, Rhodes and syndicator NovaM Radio are battling, and NovaM has pulled her off air for now. This is the second time within a year that Rhodes has been off air due to negotiations. She left her last gig with Air America in the spring, when contract negotiations between the two went south. The Miami discussion boards have been talking about her absence on Clear Channel’s WINZ (940), which has also been rumored to be flipping to Sports in the coming weeks.
Ed Schultz has been talking about the only progressive DC station has flipped formats, and now he’s on a winger station between Laura Ingraham and Monica Crowley (con-commentator on McLaughlin Group). DC is what? About 80 per cent Democrats!
