The video shows O’Reilly producer Jesse Watters — the guy who accosted Amanda while she was on vacation — and other Fox henchmen stalking, ambushing, and harassing various victims. Watch it:

The public dialogue demonstrates that no action was planned, initiated, or carried out by Ms. Terkel, TP, or their representatives. Neither Mr. Bill0 nor the Foundation has provided the slightest evidence that any harm has been incurred by Alexa or her Foundation. These facts lead to only one conclusion.

I challenge folks to listen to some of the convo from which this SLICE was taken.
He was talking about ALCOHOL and the the bad things that can happen. He went over the line by saying she was moronic.
BUT, the point he makes is valuable in helping women not get in a situation like this.
The facts he mentioned were: She went into the city with fake id, got sloppy drunk, had her car towed, so drunk she lost her friend, was wondering along the road at 2am.
This is not about expecting a rape for wearing scanty clothes.
It is not blaming the victim for the murder, which is stupid.
It is a dangerous situation for a woman to be in. That is what he was saying.

Bill0 didn’t go after those who made comments about the original post here on TP. He, falsely, asserted that Amanda, TP, and others, maliciously attacked Alexa and her Foundation.
You do know the difference between those who read a blog and those who write it. Don’t you? And, if you want to escalate to a conclusion that the purveyors of information are responsible for the unsolicited actions of the consumers of that information, well, do you really want to go down that road?
If so, a host of Reichwhiners will be facing murder charges for the unhinged creeps they rile up at every opportunity. Adkisson, in particular, would have a pretty big group of co-defendants.
March 31st, 2009 at 4:03 pmI’m trying to say central about this entire situation, but O’Reilly needs to take the fall.
O’Reilly’s biggest mistake is that he put his entire eggs in one basket about this problem. Instead of using his radio show to emphasize that this was a tragedy, he used a very mediocre comparison to associate the actions of Jennifer Moore and Mel Gibson as being one and the same. Person gets drunk, person does something completely regrettable, person suffers the consequences.
Here’s the kicker here: the comparison that O’Reilly made between the two was a huge stretch. Gibson still has his life after this entire thing, and although his reputation was tarnished, he has admitted his mistake. This was all on him. Totally his fault. When I think about Gibson, I don’t always think of his drunken stupor. He has talent and has done some admirable things in philanthropy.
O’Reilly’s use of Moore as a case study to make a point unfortunately put the exact same spotlight on her. By describing her in this fashion–as someone who was scantily clad, young and drunk–he basically put the entire fault on her. If his listeners were to view Gibson as someone who was totally at fault for his tirade, then his listeners are to make the same deduction with Moore. Worst of all, Moore isn’t around to defend herself or agree that alcohol ruined her life. We will never get her side of the story.
O’Reilly’s mistake was making the comparison. The blame was not meant to be cast on the criminal rapist in this broadcast; the criminal was meant to be the act of alcohol consumption. O’Reilly blames parenting, culture, and the victim herself, but he does not focus on the true criminals out there in that broadcast.
And that’s why I want his apology.

I haven’t heard O’Reilly say anything about expressing his support of the foundation with his own money, but I rarely listen to him, even when his video is provided here. I read the transcripts.
In light of the fact that the purpose of this foundation is to assist women (and men?) who are witnesses for the prosecution in rape trials—something that takes a lot of moxie and inner strength (in part due to prejudice against rape victims)—I find it demeaning for O’Reilly to portray this organization as a victim when they have merely received criticism from some people for their choice of O’Reilly.

I will grant Bill0 the compliment that he usually parses his words in a way that makes prosecution difficult. In this instence, however, he went whole hog and made public assertions, for punitive reasons, that various people committed acts they had not. Some of those people have deep enough pockets to pursue the matter.
While I’m not even certain which venue would hold jurisdiction, three years is a common statute of limitations for slander. I would be very surprised if Bill0 goes three years without facing the music and, based on the video evidence he’s provided, he ain’t gonna win.

Let me share a personal story that holds a deep lesson for all to gleam some insight from…
… Fifteen years ago my oldest brother was driving his BMW alone, along a long road in some farm country outside of San Diego late at night. He was coming home from work to his beautiful wife and four lovely children like any other work night.
He lost control of his vehicle on this long stretch while going double the posted speed limit of 45mph. His vehicle jumped the right curb and his instinct was to over correct the out of control car as it was hitched upon the curb and jerked the steering wheel to the left, causing the front wheel drive to jump back over the curb onto the roadway. This action, at high speed, sent his car darting to the left, crossing the median into what normally would have been an empty road.
But not this night. Instead, there was another loan vehicle approaching from the other direction which was traveling the speed limit. My brother’s out of control vehicle struck the oncoming car head on, instantly killing my brother, disintegrating his vehicle, as it was designed to do, and crushing and toppling the on coming car, trapping the driver in her vehicle with a broken back and legs, shattered.
Q U E S T I O N:
How is it the on coming driver’s fault for her quadriplegic condition?
Is her condition due to her vehicle?
Does her attire factor into her life changing paralysis?
How is it her fault that this happened at midnight?
BONUS POINTS awarded if you can do the math of the speed of impact.
