Glenn Beck: I was wrong. We’re not marching to socialism, we’re marching toward fascism.

For almost a year, Glenn Beck has been warning with increasing panic that America is headed toward socialism. Tonight, he issued a correction: “They” are not marching the United States toward socialism, Beck explained, but actually fascism:

It all adds up to me, having to admit that I was wrong. Our government is not marching down the road towards communism or socialism. … But now I have to tell you that they’re not marching us that direction. They’re marching us to a non-violent fascism. Or to put it another way, they’re marching us to 1984. Big Brother. … Like it or not, fascism is on the rise.

Though Beck claimed he didn’t mean “Adolf Hitler kind of fascism” and that he was talking about “fascism with a happy face,” he illustrated his point with more than a minute’s worth of Nazi footage, played dramatically on the full screen behind him. Watch it:

  5. Above the Clouds says:

Not to worry, America–that’s just wacky and kooky TV-Guy Glenn Beck and his wacky and crazy show. Ain’t it zany?

  6. stewarjt says:

The big problem is Glenn is leading his followers to fascism and doesn’t even know it.

  8. Red Pill says:

WTF??? Somebody needs to send this ignorant clown a book on ideology. He has clearly been steeped so long in his own that his brain–and I use that word charitably–has turned to tapioca.

Apparently, Beckie-Boy thinks that adding “ism” to any old thing will confuse and frighten his inbred audience. Problem is, I suspect he’s right.

  9. stewarjt says:

Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity obviously don’t know the differences among capitalism, socialism and fascism. Put down the tissues and pick up a book.

  10. 666cicadas says:

A little late there Beck… we held a successful election to oust the actual Facists back in November of last year.

Why would ANYONE take their cues from Jonah Goldberg. Beck really is losing “it”.

  11. MCMetal says:

Not only is this sad and alarmingly pathetic , it’s doubly ridiculous because the simple fact of the matter is that Beck doesn’t even know the definition of communism , socialism and fascism , let alone their inherent difference(s)………..

  12. Game of Life says:

becky I predict that your little 15 mins are up in…3,

Teary-eyed Glenn reminds me of the Postal Managers Credo, which states: “When in Worry, or in Doubt–Run in Circles, Scream and Shout!!” Your hair is on fire, Beck and it’s cooking your pea brain.

    They’re marching us to a non-violent fascism.

“Fascist movements promote violence between nations, political factions, and races as part of a social Darwinist and militarist stance that views violence between these groups as a natural and positive part of evolution.”

Good call there , Glenn ……………..

  25. stjack says:

as part of the delayed cable upgrade, the federal government will be implementing a feature in all analog-to-digital converter boxes sold under the discount plan that will automatically identify on-screen during news broadcasts the veracity of the information being presented. the upgrade will display at the bottom of the viewer’s screen one of the following messages:
    “FACT”
    “OPINION”
    “DISTORTION”
    “MISREPRESENTATION”
    “OUTRIGHT LIE” or
    “BULLSH1T”

insiders suspect that the delay in the switch to digital cable was forced by system overloads occurring when prototypes were tested using stock fox news broadcasts.

    happy april fools day everyone.

  26. bogglesthemind says:

Beck’s the perfect example of why Nits and Wits should not be allowed to cross-breed.

  27. Ape-Man says:

You know, glenn beck has been a let down lately. It’s just not the same without the weeping.

The only entertaining part is the nervous breakdown shtick. You know what he’s saying won’t make any sense if you try to figure it out so why bother. You already know what his angle is, and his guest’s angle is, so that about covers it. But as soon as he starts bawling again watch the ratings soar. i think i saw a movie exactly like this…

  28. wiley says:

What’s with the big faces in the background? If anything, this little broadcast is Big Brother incarnate. Perhaps his audience should attach an electrode directly to the lizard brain. What a lot of bombastic, emotional garbage.

  29. Jacks says:

I would laugh at this fool if there weren’t others who bizarrely agree with him.

enough – this worries me as well. I am constantly amazed at how (and I hate to say it – but) STUPID people can be. Beck doesn’t even seem to know what fascism is, but that doesn’t stop him, and there are way too many people who will swallow the BS hook, line, and sinker.

  33. pax says:

I agree with other posters that there is something seriously wrong with this guy. The network needs to take him off the air right now.

  34. stjack says:

    on topic:
is it just me or is he seriously mixing metaphors here, aside from admitting that his self-righteous socialism diatribe for the last year had no basis in reality?

the memory he’s invoking with the ‘big brother’ reference is about being constantly watched, not about fascism per se. he uses scary footage from a time before 1984 was written and during which ubiquitous surveillance would have been practically impossible.

and the memory he’s invoking rings far more true of what bush did, with encouragement from right-wing d-bags such as this one, in terms of reducing americans’ civil liberties and privacy protections.

so if the beckster wants to complain about us becoming a fascist state, let’s see if he’s in favor of repealing the patriot act, or reaffirming roe v. wade: those are about privacy and personal liberty (i.e., the anti-fascism), too.

btw, i love the comment about the fasces; you know they’re mounted on the wall behind the president’s chair in the senate chamber, right next to the flag and the inscription “in god we trust”. so does that mean the senate’s complicit, too, beckie?

  35. dasm says:

Beck is probably the most useless, lying, s*it-disturbing, anti-American dolt ever put on the air. Of course he’s with Fox. He has absolutely no understanding of facts & journalism. He even said- himself!!- that only idiots believe him. How anyone (Fox) can pay a buffoon who calls his viewers idiots is beyond any comprehension. Fox (& Beck) – the only media outlet that ridicules & hates its own viewers. Amazing.

  41. BobbyG says:

    @dasm -

You got the utterly apt, succinct characterization: “dolt”

  42. Purple State says:

To Glenn, political discourse is a lottery or a game show. You can’t simply guess what “ism” label that society has branded itself and hope that a bell goes off to tell you you’re correct. And it sounds to me that Fox has been putting their chips in on “fascism”, “socialism”, “communism” and “totalitarianism” in hopes that their number someday comes up.

    dbadass Says:

Who was that oddball from the other day that was argueing that socialism and fascism are one and the same. I trust it was just a wannabee Latin King incarnation but still which one was it?

It had to have been Olbermann obsessed os/archie/habib. He has convinced himself that the right-wing fascist Nazis were socialists because “socialist” is in the name. Trolls aren’t very bright.

  44. politicscorner says:

Fascism it what we had under Bush!

  45. Levi the Dungbeetle says:

During the Bush administration, a lot of people, myself included, compared Republicans to fascists. In typical Rovian style, if your opponent compares you with a fascist, you turn it around and compare them to fascists, even it if makes absolutely no sense. This is just more of the same wingnuttery I have come to expect from Republicans.

Here’s a little guide to fascism. Perhaps Mr. Beck should go through all fourteen points and explain how Democrats are more like fascists then Republicans.

  46. spring heeled jack says:

I do believe that we may see Beck dissolve into insanity on camera one day. He already is bordering insane, but I expect him to just lose it all on the air.

  51. roscoe says:

Glenn Beck obviously proves the latter.

Come on, dude. Which way am I supposed to be marching? I’m gonna get confused and go right when I should have gone left…or is it the other way around? Sheesh.

  55. NOLIESPLEASE says:

    Beckie boy….the definition of fascism:

A system of government marked by centralization of authority under a dictator (BUSH/CHANEY), stringent socioeconomic controls(NO HEALTH CARE,NO GOV HELP,UNFETHERED MILITARY SPENDING,PATRIOT ACT,SPYING ON ITS CITIZENS) suppression of the opposition (OUTING CIA AGENTS,PHIL DONEHUE)through terror (CHANEY DEATH SQUADS,FALSE IMMENANT THREATS,TERORISTS) and censorship(MSM MINIPULATION,BANNING BOOKS PALIN), and typically a policy of belligerent nationalism (GOD BLESS THE USA,GOD GUNS AND NO EDUCATION)and racism(BARACK HUSSAIN OBAMA,JIM CROW).

A political philosophy or movement based on or advocating such a system of government.
    Oppressive, dictatorial control.

That was the marathon troll, Silence is Golden, early in the forty-eight hour Olbermann/O’reilly thread.

To my request that he define “fascism” here’s what he said:

Ahh, you know the general socialist/leftist deal, propaganda, shooting/jailing reporters, silencing critics in the name of the state. That sort of thing.

Of course, you will have the highly illogical Professor Lefty definition, which is bogus.

But this is not one of Twajie’s sockpuppets. SIG is the latest nom de troll of our old pal glezzery, who got ousted a couple months back for babbling and general idiocy (at least, I presume that’s why he was bounced, as it was all he ever contributed here.)

Lou dobbs is another one. He doesn’t get along with Barney Frank apparently. But the middle class gets along with Frank just fine. so much for Mr. Independant Lou. Dobbs is loosing credibility and possibly his mind as fast as Beck. To regain credibility, the MSM needs to re-tool their shows to the new post Bushco, post Republican world. Beck and company may not be too worried about credibility anymore though, now that they have none, so now is the time to roll out the incredible for them.

Given the current market, those memoirs should be worth a cool $50 as expensive toilet paper to someone at AIG.

    “stewarjt Says:

Oh, I beg to differ. The projection utilized by these people is trained and ingrained. They know exactly what they are doing–accusing the Democrats, the opposition, any critics–of doing that which they themselves are actually guilty. They are fascists.

They do this at every opportunity to convince an ignorant public that “their enemies” are fascists, socialists, murderers, or fill in the blank. They are promoting a fascist agenda–the control of government by corporate and military powers. If there are any real journalists out there, you are long overdue to define these terms and call these liars on their lying. Could that be why they won’t allow Franken to win his election? Reminds me of a book I read by someone named Al Franken: “Lies and the Lying Liars Who Tell Them.”

We all know how crazy folks are – we have terrorists living right here in the USA!

Tony Snow’s & Brit Hume’s smile and delivery did not lessen the negative impact of their daily distortions.

Police ‘fusion’ centers criticized for tracking Ron Paul, Barr, McKinney supporters
    Rachel Oswald
    Published: Wednesday April 1, 2009

    http://rawstory.com/news/2008/Fusion_centers_targeted_by_rights_groups_0401.html

Formed in the wake of 9/11 as a way to search out domestic terrorist threats, fusion centers today are being bombarded with criticism on all sides for things like improper surveillance of the supporters of third-party presidential candidates and an ambiguous mission directive that has lead to power overreaching.

Fusion centers are intelligence databases spread out across the country that collect data on ordinary citizens and synchronize national intelligence collection with local police. There are currently more than 40 fusion centers in the country.

At a hearing Wednesday of the House Homeland Security Subcommittee on Intelligence, Information Sharing, and Terrorism Risk Assessment, rights groups, including the American Civil Liberties Union and the Council on Islamic-American Relations, spoke against the fusion centers.

This idiot is actually right about the U.S. marching toward fascism. I’m glad he finally noticed. But who’s leading the parade?

    Duh…

  125. CageyCretin says:

Beck (and Hannity, Limbaugh, etc….. though I’m not so sure about Coulter — she’s a few apples short of a bushel) is aware of what he is doing: he knows that this is a complete misrepresentation. But there are two advantages to lying like this: first, it will cause some of the less informed people who hear it to believe it — and if THEY repeat it to others, the lie may spread even further. Second, the abuse of the term muddies up the term itself, since it does not get an equal refutation: eventually such things mean less even to intelligent people because the term has been forced to acquire a wtaered down definition, and has too many conflicting assosciations.

I think that it is offering too much credit to Rove to label this as his tactic (it’s a bit older, and I beleive that even in American politics it has already been used). But, on the other hand, it IS a distinct PART of the political strategies implemented by Rove (and to which the republicans still cling). It is propoganda — it is all about controlling the dialogue and controlling the language itself.

  126. CageyCretin says:

But “non-violent fascism” is kind of funny (and could be restated, maintaining that intent, as “pacifist fascism”) …. like….

    Pacifist Fascism

    Capitalist Communism

    Authoritative Marxism

    Democratic Dictatorship

    Corporate Socialism

    Anarchic Aristocracy

… I will work on this list… I am SURE this topic will arise again.

Heading down the road of socialism or fascism is not good. Not that many of these people care, but when you accept food stamps, welfare, and any other taxpayer funded government handout, you are giving up some of your liberty and freedom. You have become dependent on the State. Therefore, the State can tell you what to do and when to do it. So, yes, you might think you are getting over and getting “freebies”, but the reality is you have given up some liberty. The more you accept, the less freedom you have.

Exposing the hypocrisy of Beck’s 9-12 project I am highlighting comments he made on September 9, 2005.You know, it took me about a year to start hating the 9/11 victims’ families. … I don’t hate all of them, I hate about, probably about ten of them. But when I see 9/11 victim family, you know, on television, or whatever, I’m just like, ‘Oh, shut up.’ I’m so sick of them. Because they’re always complaining. And we did our best for them. Yeah, well as it stands now they’re a HELL of a lot better armed than we are. So be careful what you wish for.

What really disturbs me about all of this… If you take the crap people like Glenn Beck, Limbaugh, Coulter, Erick Erickson and Michele Bachman are spewing, and replace the word “Liberal” with the word “Jew”… you can get a pretty scary idea of where this all might be headed. We’re being called maggots, vermin, scum, treasonous, “siding with the enemy”, socialist, commmunist… How long before our own liberal “Kristallnacht”…?

Proabbly just a few of the clips from YouTube that are mostly taken out of context.

Hey asswipe, what part of “seemingly encouraging people” did you not understand.

I’ve seen almost ALL of Beck’s spews, because I want to know what the right wing is doing. And while he hasn’t actually encouraged people to take up arms, the message from Bachman and Levin and Erickson is a bit less clear.

So Bachman and Levin and Erickson support the actual revolt, while Beck supports the theory behind the revolt.

He gets no pass from me.

    * Personal life

Born in Mount Vernon, Washington, Glenn Beck was raised a Roman Catholic. He graduated from Sehome High School in Bellingham, Washington in 1982.

His early life was pitted with tragedies. His mother and one of his brothers-in-law committed suicide, and a sibling reportedly had a fatal heart attack.[8]

Beck is a self-described recovering alcoholic. He and his first wife divorced amid his struggle with substance abuse. Beck cites the help of Alcoholics Anonymous in his sobriety, and he eventually converted to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which teaches against the consumption of alcohol.

Beck has spoken often of his religious beliefs and conversion. “God stalked me!…He had a giant baptismal rifle,” Beck said. “I thwarted him. I led people astray as much as I could, but he kept putting Mormons in my way.”[9]

By his first marriage, Beck has two teenage daughters, Hannah and Mary, who has cerebral palsy. With his second wife, Tania, he has two children, Raphe (adopted in 2004) and Cheyenne (born 2006).

  157. Obama bin Lyin says:

Wow, look what I’ve come across. A liberal lovefest! OK, time to crash this party by demolishing a few liberal myths, and I’ll target the “fascism is a right-wing ideology” as the first one.

Here’s a definition of economic fascism most of you libs have never heard of: the control of the means of production and distribution by government without outright ownership.

“What?? What the heck is that??” you libs say. Well, strictly speaking, that’s your Obama bailout of the car industry. That’s your having Premier Obama (no use calling him the president anymore) force the removal of GM’s head as if Obama has some connection with the company (he DOESN’T!). That’s your Obama bailout of AIG and the banks. It’s also your minimum wage laws, your environmental restrictions on companies, even your civil rights in the workplace laws.

Fascism is a form of SOCIALISM, people! It is a LEFTIST ideology! Have any of you ever bothered to even read the Nazi Party manifesto and actually look at the ideas they proposed. You think FDR was the first to come up with the idea of Social Security? The Nazis preceded him in their manifesto by 13 years. Oh yes, your beloved Social Security is there too!

“But…but, but, but, that can’t be! Fascism is a right-wing ideology! Heck, nobody was more anti-communist than Hitler!” What, that socialist freak who spoke to his officers on February 5, 1941 and said that “former communists are to be admitted into the Party at once!”?? Sure Hitler hated Stalin. They were the two bullies on the block. I suppose you could find two bullies at any given school in America who hate each other but are actually pretty much like each other. They only envy each other’s turf. But there’s a REASON why the Nazis adopted the Marxist-like name “National Socialist German Worker’s Party” for themselves. As their name stated, they were SOCIALISTS!

Of course, Mussolini doesn’t help your case much either. He formed the Fascist Party after leaving, what else, the Socialist Party!

Think, people, please think. Imagine a political spectrum with total government on the left and no government on the right, with the balanced middle that is a constitutional republic. Fascism involves government control of the businesses without owning them. Does that put it in the region of leftist big government or rightist small government? Please, please use a little logic and try to escape from the years of media brainwashing you have received in answering this one. Swastika equals hammar and sickle, got it? The only differences are the targets of their propaganda (Jews for one, bourgeoisie for the other). The end result is the same: Joe Public’s freedom gets destroyed as he becomes a slave of the state.

OK, now I’m off to destroy another liberal myth, one which is related to this. Let me introduce you to Ernst Roehm and his German homosexual Nazis. Oh, boy is that one going to make your heads spin!

(BTW, anybody seen my fasces around here? I know I left that Roman ceremonial battleaxe around here somewhere!)

  158. Eugene atrax robustus Debs says:

    Obama bin Lyin Says:

You arent demolishing anything. You are showing how utterly stupid you are. I couldnt read your entire post as it was so full of bone ignorant moronity my braincells were begging for the sweet release of a coma at the first paragraph. Look moron. NO ONE that has any rational concept of the political spectrum puts Fascism anywhere but on the right. It is that simple. Push all the stupid you can it wont change reality. Yeah a corporate business alliance is ONE of the aspects of fascism. That would be left HOW? Public cost and private profit is what we are talking about and it is an absolutly RIGHTWING agenda.

Here are the 14 points of fascism

    14 POINTS OF FASCISM

    1. Powerful and continuing expressions of nationalism

From the prominent displays of flags and bunting to the ubiquitous lapel pins, the fervor to show patriotic nationalism, both on the part of the regime itself and of citizens caught up in its frenzy, was always obvious. Catchy slogans, pride in the military, and demands for unity were common themes in expressing this nationalism. It was usually coupled with a suspicion of things foreign that often bordered on xenophobia.

    2. Disdain for the importance of human rights

The regimes themselves viewed human rights as of little value and a hindrance to realizing the objectives of the ruling elite. Through clever use of propaganda, the population was brought to accept these human rights abuses by marginalizing, even demonizing, those being targeted. When abuse was egregious, the tactic was to use secrecy, denial, and disinformation.

    3. Identification of enemies/scapegoats as a unifying cause

The most significant common thread among these regimes was the use of scapegoating as a means to divert the people’s attention from other problems, to shift blame for failures, and to channel frustration in controlled directions. The methods of choice—relentless propaganda and disinformation—were usually effective. Often the regimes would incite “spontaneous” acts against the target scapegoats, usually communists, socialists, liberals, Jews, ethnic and racial minorities, traditional national enemies, members of other religions, secularists, homosexuals, and “terrorists.” Active opponents of these regimes were inevitably labeled as terrorists and dealt with accordingly.

    4. The supremacy of the military/avid militarism

Ruling elites always identified closely with the military and the industrial infrastructure that supported it. A disproportionate share of national resources was allocated to the military, even when domestic needs were acute. The military was seen as an expression of nationalism, and was used whenever possible to assert national goals, intimidate other nations, and increase the power and prestige of the ruling elite.

    5. Rampant sexism

Beyond the simple fact that the political elite and the national culture were male-dominated, these regimes inevitably viewed women as second-class citizens. They were adamantly anti-abortion and also homophobic. These attitudes were usually codified in Draconian laws that enjoyed strong support by the orthodox religion of the country, thus lending the regime cover for its abuses.

    6. A controlled mass media

Under some of the regimes, the mass media were under strict direct control and could be relied upon never to stray from the party line. Other regimes exercised more subtle power to ensure media orthodoxy. Methods included the control of licensing and access to resources, economic pressure, appeals to patriotism, and implied threats. The leaders of the mass media were often politically compatible with the power elite. The result was usually success in keeping the general public unaware of the regimes’ excesses.

    7. Obsession with national security

Inevitably, a national security apparatus was under direct control of the ruling elite. It was usually an instrument of oppression, operating in secret and beyond any constraints. Its actions were justified under the rubric of protecting “national security,” and questioning its activities was portrayed as unpatriotic or even treasonous.

    8. Religion and ruling elite tied together

Unlike communist regimes, the fascist and protofascist regimes were never proclaimed as godless by their opponents. In fact, most of the regimes attached themselves to the predominant religion of the country and chose to portray themselves as militant defenders of that religion. The fact that the ruling elite’s behavior was incompatible with the precepts of the religion was generally swept under the rug. Propaganda kept up the illusion that the ruling elites were defenders of the faith and opponents of the “godless.” A perception was manufactured that opposing the power elite was tantamount to an attack on religion.

    9. Power of corporations protected

Although the personal life of ordinary citizens was under strict control, the ability of large corporations to operate in relative freedom was not compromised. The ruling elite saw the corporate structure as a way to not only ensure military production (in developed states), but also as an additional means of social control. Members of the economic elite were often pampered by the political elite to ensure a continued mutuality of interests, especially in the repression of “have-not” citizens.

    10. Power of labor suppressed or eliminated

Since organized labor was seen as the one power center that could challenge the political hegemony of the ruling elite and its corporate allies, it was inevitably crushed or made powerless. The poor formed an underclass, viewed with suspicion or outright contempt. Under some regimes, being poor was considered akin to a vice.

    11. Disdain and suppression of intellectuals and the arts

Intellectuals and the inherent freedom of ideas and expression associated with them were anathema to these regimes. Intellectual and academic freedom were considered subversive to national security and the patriotic ideal. Universities were tightly controlled; politically unreliable faculty harassed or eliminated. Unorthodox ideas or expressions of dissent were strongly attacked, silenced, or crushed. To these regimes, art and literature should serve the national interest or they had no right to exist.

    12. Obsession with crime and punishment

Most of these regimes maintained Draconian systems of criminal justice with huge prison populations. The police were often glorified and had almost unchecked power, leading to rampant abuse. “Normal” and political crime were often merged into trumped-up criminal charges and sometimes used against political opponents of the regime. Fear, and hatred, of criminals or “traitors” was often promoted among the population as an excuse for more police power.

    13. Rampant cronyism and corruption

Those in business circles and close to the power elite often used their position to enrich themselves. This corruption worked both ways; the power elite would receive financial gifts and property from the economic elite, who in turn would gain the benefit of government favoritism. Members of the power elite were in a position to obtain vast wealth from other sources as well: for example, by stealing national resources. With the national security apparatus under control and the media muzzled, this corruption was largely unconstrained and not well understood by the general population.

    14. Fraudulent elections

Elections in the form of plebiscites or public opinion polls were usually bogus. When actual elections with candidates were held, they would usually be perverted by the power elite to get the desired result. Common methods included maintaining control of the election machinery, intimidating and disenfranchising opposition voters, destroying or disallowing legal votes, and, as a last resort, turning to a judiciary beholden to the power elite.

NOTE: The above 14 Points was written in 2004 by Dr. Laurence Britt, a political scientist. Dr. Britt studied the fascist regimes of: Hitler (Germany), Mussolini (Italy), Franco (Spain), Suharto (Indonesia), and Pinochet (Chile).

If you can read those 14 points and continue to maintain that fascism is a leftist political view then congratulations your brainwashing is complete, you are a moron, and have no capacity for independent thought left

    My Liberal Friends

I have read your comments, some thoughtful, some mindless and hateful. If I may I would like to add some pertinent facts and, as difficult as it may seem, defend Glenn Beck. Historians are not in agreement on what exactly is meant by fascism: Wikipedia says “Historians do not place all fascists in the same position on the political spectrum – groups have been placed “left, right and center,” or not even in the spectrum at all” but there are some aspects of the definition given in The Concise Encyclopedia of Economics that should sound familiar to anyone who has followed the politics of our new president. For instance: “Levels of consumption were dictated by the state, and “excess” incomes had to be surrendered as taxes” Does this not sound like President Obama’s class warfare taxes on the rich? Or how about: “To maintain high employment and minimize popular discontent, fascist governments also undertook massive public-works projects financed by steep taxes, borrowing, and fiat money creation” Sounds familiar to me. So it would seem that Mr Beck is correct in identifying some of the Chosen Ones actions as fascist. We may not like how he presents his message but that does not detract from it’s accuracy. As for your attacks on George W? Knock yourself out; he is not a small government, Tenth Amendment Conservative. His stimulus package was just as fascist and just as unnecessary as the Chosen Ones’.

1)In the last two election cycles the majority of money donated by Wall Street went to democrat candidates – I believe the amount was 63% this last time. That might explain your qustion about how the corporate business alliance is associated with the left.
3)You have given one set of definitions for fascism. I read several and all included centralized, big government. That is a central tenent of the left, not Tenth Amendment conservatives.
    3)Have you tried decaf?
