O’Reilly censors photo of two men kissing.
Last night, Bill O’Reilly discussed photos that had surfaced on the internet of American Idol contestent Adam Lambert kissing another man, “which hint that he is gay.” Showing the photos, O’Reilly was careful to crop them so that viewers did not actually see two men’s lips touching, and seemed incredulous that the “folks” wouldn’t vote off a suspected gay man from the show. Watch it:
Gawker, which posted the real photo, points out that while O’Reilly found the image of two men kissing “so revoltingly gross and icky and offensive” that he had to crop it, he has in the past had no qualms about airing video “that included gyrating, bikini-clad drunk girls humping people during Spring Break.”

April 7th, 2009 at 2:38 pmAdam Lambert has already shown that he’s one of the strongest contenders for the title this season — with imaginative interpretations of songs and masterful and consistent execution in performance.
Besides, the talk about his sexual orientation has been around for awhile, and it’s really not affecting anybody’s vote. I suspect other criteria are more important to Idol viewers.
Poor Bill. He expects everybody else to be as homophobic as he is.

I believe you are referring to the Republican Talking Points, which are distributed daily to the GOP faithful from the office of Grover Norquist for dissemination on TV, Radio, and the Internet. If you spend a week noticing radio and TV programs and what Republican representatives and syncophants say, you will see that, almost to the letter, they all say the same thing about “scandalous” things done by anyone who does not think like they do (i.e., Progressives and Democrats). After a while, it’s almost laughable–if it weren’t so insidious. The people who watch Faux Noise actually believe these dunderheads.
