Seder’s have been done by Catholic Churches in America for the past 20 or so years. It is a great way to understand and appreciate the last Supper and the religion from which it springs. It is a wonderful comment on Pres. Obama that he is willingly taking part in this feast and involving his children. Says a lot about him.

Dumb Question about the inevitable criticism of Obama extending Passover observances, Muslim greetings, etc:

Let’s imagine the next elected president is an orthodox, observant, jew.

If President X observed only the jewish customs but didn’t extend greetings for Chrismas and Easter, what would the outrage level be ?

Perhaps Fox should collaborate with Think Progress and do a series of reports on Obama’s justice department’s burying the lawsuits and information needed to conduct them, on wireless wiretapping and extraordinary rendition ?
Obama has done some VERY amazing things in a very short time which have exceeded my expectation .However these are not among them !
National security is not enhanced by leaving the rest of the planet and our own citizenry the impression that we do not abide by our international or constitutional agreements and that when our elected officials act illegally torturing and acting in such a way as to lead to the deaths of a million people their criminality is protected by the very officials who have sworn to uphold the law !
