Bachmann is dead wrong on just about every statement of fact that she presented in Congress on the topic of CO2. The only fact that she got right is that, yes, CO2 does exist “in nature naturally”.
So does uranium, radon gas, the Great White shark, and Ebola virus.

Just because something exists naturally does not mean it is harmless, nor does it preclude the possibility of human influence on its abundance.

Water is very natural and very abundant, and it is a vital necessity for life on Earth. Yet too much can be harmful. Or perhaps we should applaud the flooding that happens every year throughout the world because it is “natural”.

You might want to look under your feet, see where the battle lines are being drawn on this issue and decide where you want to stand.
