Did we reduce our emissions because of prosperity or because:

1) The economy tanked so we slowed down
2) We’ve moved all Oh, and looking at the other countries (such as Finland reducing 12%), these countries had already put more emphasis into reduction that we did. So you need to compare the USA 3% to Finland’s 12% PLUS what they have already reduced.

I think I have just identified the reason for her crazy, by looking at that pic – it’s the hairspray.
