This is the same Karl Rove that claimed Bush had no responsibility for not preventing the highly successful terrorist attack on 9/11 even when he was warned on Aug 6th that bin Laden was determined to strike inside the US and that FBI agents in Minneapolis and Phoenix warned about pilots not wanting to learn about how to land a commerical passenger jet. Bush screwed up so many things in such a big way many of us think he was the worst President ever. Now that takes some doing.

I suppose we really shouldn’t be surprised that the Bush administration (represented in this instance by Rove) is denying any and all responsibility for the budget deficits — not considering the fact that Dubya reportedly has something of a long record for doing this. Nearly every single business Dubya has ever been put in charge of has suffered under his management and been left significantly worse off at the time of his departure than it was when he assumed control — and to top it all off, he usually expected other people to clean up after the messes he made. It would appear that this is nothing more than par for the course where he’s concerned…
